hi, I am confused whether I should go for "QuickBooks Pro Advisor" or "QuickBooks Certified User" certification. To give you context, I have just completed my diploma in business accounting and trying to get all the skills to be AR/AP Clerk or similar roles. I want to get the certification which makes my CV more competitive and relevant, please advise.

My QB ProAdvisor completely changed a few weeks ago, it is not the same format as it used to be as you have here in your video. All of my training courses I completed got erased and it’s all completely different courses. Did this happen to anyone else?

Yes, this also happened to me. I was on the phone with QB customer support to try to figure out what happened and they told me that the Training experience changed back in October. I completed the entire course and was taking practice questions to prepare for the exam and that's when it changed to ProAdvisor Academy. They didn't save anyone's progress so I have to re-do all of the modules. They said they sent an email out, but I couldn't find one.

QB training modules are very convoluted. Did you record this before their November 2024 update? When I open training it forces me to a separate ProAdvisor Academy window which has similar options but makes it seem like it’s QB for seniors… large font and everything spread out. Honestly it looks like a downgrade from what’s on your video.

Well. Apparently It was not free when I tried to sign up. You will need to sign up for one of the subscription package to access the training and other stuff.
