I play drums, and weirdly enough, Since I do marching and play in traditional grip. The drumstick in my left hand sits in between my thumb and index finger, (in the fulcrum of the hand) and I've noticed the thickness and size diffrence of the Adductor Pollicis of my left hand to my right hand. Pretty cool 👍

Not trying to be funny, but good old fashion shovel digging, and manual labor with hands does all this, maybe even better. Ever shook the hand of a man who always works with his hands in hard labor?

I can't agree with this sentence, being a man, always digging trails for mountain bikes. It is a very low variety of moves in digging, probably 3 or 4, and it's mostly about endurance, not about muscle growth

@Cab0408 Until they realise gym does shit and labour is the only actual way to get big hands. Rino Masic, a world champion has the softest hands out of them all , yet he's been doing gym for a long ass time
@rpmexre10032 ай бұрын
@@justroberto7646Stop the cap, both gym or hard labour help with hands. Did you shake Rino’s hands to know they’re the softest of them all? And using one 20 year old professional athlete to support your point doesn’t do much.

Where to get the grippers with the steel handles?
@biakabutooka8 ай бұрын
They're easy to find (Amazon, Ebay, any sporting goods/exercise store). They're available in several different poundage tensions, so you might wanna by them in a discount bundle to accommodate what you hope to be significant increase in your grip strength. I hope this was helpful.
@giacomozanetti20773 жыл бұрын
Is it worth the cost the GD handle? I mean for the money you paid you'll say the product is great ?
@201_armwrestling3 жыл бұрын
Not sure if it is worth the money but from all the grippers out there this one is pretty useful. Especially if you buy the pinch modules. But we have it part of our club equipment. Grippers are not a priority for armwrestling (especially strong, expensive ones). So if you don't have the basic armwrestling equipment I wouldn't worry about this gripper. I would just buy the light cheap one.

Hate to be that guy but I can't resist, forgive me... Kg is not a unit of force, but a unit of mass. I would very much appreciate it if you fixed this in the following videos! Sorry....
@201_armwrestling2 жыл бұрын
No problem! It is just more easy to make people understand as not all have these concepts. So at least with isometrics you can multiply with 9.8 to get the force output in Newtons. Of course with spring machines you can't really say but it is the equivalent force of that amount on kg exerted with gravitational acceleration.
@backwards34542 жыл бұрын
@@201_armwrestling Yeah don't worry, I pointed that out only for the shake of accuracy. I never see videos using the right units, some creators even say stuff like "15 pounds of pressure" lol. Its my first time mentioning it because I believe you tend to have a more systematic approach to training, and understanding of armwrestling so you would appreciate it.
