Before 3D printing models was a thing.... :) If you still have those helmets, you can create alot more alot faster if you have the money for a 3D printer, I saw Jeff Dunham make one of his dummies with both his own hands and a 3D printer, it was pretty cool. :D But yeah, awesome costume. Now that Dark Phoenix is coming out you can be Magneto from that movie this year's comic con. :)
