I just got my third injection and I think my own libido is starting to spike, which is quite odd as someone who has almost always been like “meh” but personally I’m hoping it’s just one of my “normal” once in a blue moon spikes… but if not, I’m already 2 seconds from sleeping with an ice pack just to make myself chill! Thank you for making these btw, I know I’m years late but I was just trying to figure out when tf I might have a T related drive spike, and found your videos!

Dude, you are a mine of information, you really should start making vids lol! My PT recommended magnesim, Ive been taking that for a while as well as B vits for energy &hormone levelling (apparently.)Being veggie/pescatarian I eat loads of nuts and seeds (think i was a parrot in a former life) so thats good! My pee smells odd.....more pongy...but wierd! I manscape so the hairs not too bad :p but yeah the sweats!!!! Im having loads of trouble sleeping...so might try some lavender. You are a star!

Have you got the pongy pee yet and the sweating, bum hair ? LOL if you exercise the T is utilised, lots of guys I see on KZbin are over weight and they dont get the dramatic changes as the T turns to estrogen. Although if you over exercise you can strain and harm muscles like teenage boys can etc, you need good sleep too, lavender oil on pillow case or a tea light are good to help promote sleep. Magnesium is also good as it relaxes muscles, brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds are good for that.

In this video and the last, where did you purchase your cut off shirts? I like those better because they have thick shoulders and no showy armpits lol like binders don't show and I'd like one of those.

Yes I had issues finding these type of vests too. I got mine on ebay. It was the only place I could find them. Was a lot of trial and error trying to find ones that fit and covered the binder!
