I love watching bands make documentaries about the album process like this. The creative environment that a studio makes for an artist is something I consistently dream of. Great work on this one you guys, Fire by the Silos is definitely an album I will cherish and find myself wanting to listen to very often.

Brilliant, inspiring, inspired, and wired, as always guys. Love the checkered Vans, Bea (SoCal loves you). Love Dave's inability to go five seconds without removing the cover off a piece of equipment. Love Ben's ever-evolving hairscape. And, of course, all of the talent and hard work that make you guys the virtuosos that you are. Loving Silos. If you ever have trouble funding another album, you let me know. I will personally do it. You think I'm joking. Happy birthday to Baby Jesus from Cardiff-by-the-Sea (San Diego).

Great album. I got it by preorder! Whaat a bang for the buck. Sound is just awesome as well, very well produced. The highlight for me is Daves bass sound. It is very well written, it is sound-wise complex almost as much as Beas guitar sound and you can just hear every little bit, note, line, effect that's been recorded. I am not afraid to say it is the best produced bass sound I've ever heard on any rock, metal, heavy album so far.

I adore these documentaries. I always end up with even more of an admiration for the tracks after this than I already had. I remember watching the Ode To The Author recording video and I ended up absolutely obsessed with that EP after that (still am to this day). Looks like I'm gonna end up obsessed again with this album! I need tabs or something like right now after watching this haha

You know, I just want to say thank-you. For this beautiful album and for the way you present it. We all grew up with the 'rock and roll' shark's head stories and all that, and we all love that classic rock thing, but it's so refreshing to see a group of brilliant musicians recording, with no less care and passion, music on which we all can feast, alongside the giants of the 60s and 70s. And you all seem like fucking good blokes too. Cheers.

"Always better with Brew Dog." -- Amen, brother. I loves me a good IPA. This was epic. When my band recorded back in 2005, it was an all-night session to record the entire album off the floor in one 12-hour go. I then spent about a hundred hours mixing and mastering the lot myself. This was a wonderful look into how an entirely different approach looks.

To me, the point made about capturing the live sound is the absolute key. To capture the energy and slight looseness of a live performance is the holy grail for me. However, this of course is just my opinion and I fully appreciate others might want a more produced sound. Anyway, fantastic bit of documentary. I loved it.
