Fire Emblem 6: The Boss Battles

Following my recent completion of FE6 I decided to make a little complilation of the six battles I recorded. This video contains the three Wyvern Generals, Zephiel, the semi-final boss and the final boss.
PS: If you're wondering why Narshen only had like 50% of his health left when the video started, all that had happened before the recording was Lilina hitting him with an Aircalibur.

Mystral Gaming honestly, in every other title he's been in, he's been at least the bottom of the barrel, at most absolute trash. In Melee, Smash 4, and now Fire Emblem Heroes.

alexsepgon Honestly, the only thing really holding Roy back in Smash 4 is representation. If people used him more often in majors, I think we can get a Miracle like T did with Link. As for Heroes, while outclassed by many other sword users he still makes great use especially against Hector and can still hold his own against some strong reds. Roy certainly beats the likes of Seliph and Alfonse. This is coming from a guy who has Ryoma on the team.

Roy, forever known as the guy who promoted WAAAAYY too late in the game. Lilina on the other hand, can handle herself much better than Roy. Srsly, I had Lilina Protecting roy for the majority of the game.

Yes, losing to the Demon King is rare, but possible. Fire Dragon can't be killed in one hit, but can't kill you back.

Salamence not it isn’t. Lilina can one-shot a lot but not everything, she would need to double bosses to kill for the most part, and Lugh hardly lacks magic most of the time. Lilina is also frail af and, if she gets speed-screwed (more likely than a magic-screwed Lugh) she WILL die if she gets doubled or even hit by multiple enemies. Lilina also can’t do shit in her joining chapter, especially in hard mode. Lugh isn’t great when he joins, but he can do well against the boss and get a little chip on ranged enemies through the wall near his recruitment village. Lilina just dies to anything with a weapon. Also, banana boi is best boi fight me

Lugh is the best mage in the game, but mostly only because Hugh is so annoying to obtain (high cost, and he doesn't come prepromoted with high weapon ranks as sad as it is). If Hugh joined for free, or if he came prepromoted with high ranks in Anima and Staff rank by default, he'd be easily the best mage in the game. Lilina is not even a contender with her terrible bases and growths. She's a major liability in hard mode.

You need to fulfil requirements to get into the Gaiden chapters, each of which have one legendary weapon. You can see the requirements at Serenes Forest. Take a look on Google for it.

@armadilloHD Neither are shown growing outside of being casual acquaintances with Hector during the main story. (He doesn't really seem interested in starting a relationship with either pegasus knight.) Adding to that, their only non-support interaction with Hector are both in the span chapter. Now his interactions with Lyn on the other hand, can be seen becoming more than just friends before the game ends. Hector even says "I love you" to Lyn.

He has a rare crit chance on characters with low luck. His sleep effect can easily be fixed with the Latrona staff, and keeping your healer out of your way. The dragon is harder to kill, excluding the luna set up, and the Demon King can be taken out in the first turn after he summons monsters.

@seamonster267 Rath and Lyn don't get any additional non-support scenes outside of when Lyn's visiting Araphen and when Rath is re-recruited. Neither of which greatly build upon a romantic relationship. Not even scenes that amount to the likes of the Respite in Battle conversation and the Don't Die conversation. Both of which, Lyn has with Hector. Other moments in Hector's story also hint at Hector X Lyn as well.

For Roy using a Sword of Seal, in close combat a fire burst out of his sword indicates his critical attack. As for a ranged combat, he unleashed a flame out of his sword just like a close combat but slightly longer hold his sword upward before he attacks an enemy for critical damage.

Even on HM you can use somewhat subpar units because HM bonuses on the units you will use are hilarious enough that you can bring a Lilina for fun and make her work

It also depends on what you use her for. Her ridiculous magic stat makes her the best staff user once promoted (even though she starts with an E weapon rank), and that combined with the fact that most enemy units have sub-par resistance makes her also a pretty good boss killer. Plus, killing dragons with a mere fire tome is quite amusing. All in all, Lilina is tricky to use effectively, but it can be fun to play with her, and she's far from being 100% non-viable. She's no Sophia by any stretch of the imagination.

I don't know when this meme of "lol Lina sucks" became popular. Back when I played FE 6 which was around the time this video was made, she was actually quite a popular unit. And I really don't know why the consensus changed on that. She maxes magic really easily and can OTKO lots of units. Her dodge is pretty good, and if you give her an angelic robe her HP should be alright. Overall I think she is the best anima user in the game. I mean, who else are you going to use, Lugh? His magic sucks and his HP isn't very good either. Maybe Hugh is a decent alternative, but I don't know since I never used him.

Jesús Islas you got the bad ending. To get the good ending you have to have all legendary weapons (which means going to all Gaiden chapters), have Fae alive and kill Idoun with Roy

The demon king was also easy but at least he had the chance to attack not being locked to a one ranged weapon while Roy has a 1-2 weapon in this game. The fire dragon is by far the hardest of the GBA bosses. No character can take more then one hit from it due to the fact the flametounge ignores defense.
