Tape a long, skinny straw/tube to the inside of the cone (long enough to exit the bottom end of the dip stick hole.) That'll eliminate the vacuum problem and you'll be able to fill the oil up much faster!

Get a driver side valve cover from a 94-97 4.6 Ford thunderbird. A 93-02 crown vic/marquise/towncar. They have the oil cap on driverside.
