Was so happy to see you in our kingdom Shloime. While most of the people in our country are welcoming and affable to all types of newcomers, there are some who are still a little too backward in their beliefs. Irrationalities and bad apples are bound to exist everywhere as Peter Santanello, too would say. I personally, have deep respect for the Jewish culture and I’m so looking forward to visiting Israel one day. And I really admire what people like yourself and Peter are doing. It’s helping us realize the importance of internationalism, the unimportance of the media, and the reason why we need to love our neighbors, regardless of their beliefs. Big luv from the kingdom of Bahrain! P.S. I will be planning to visit Ashraf’s shop in the near future. Im hoping he gives me a good deal too! 🤞

the majority of the people in the video are NOT bahraini citizens, all of the women in the video, and the thumbnail are NOT bahraini, they are all saudi tourists just like the first man he spoke to at the prayer room, the majority of the woman in bahrain do not wear the face veil, and the second majority do not even cover their hair, and never had to, bahrain has always been the most liberal in the gulf region. secondly, every time tourists show up in this country they head to the old souq, where the huge majority of the people there are expats and migrant guest workers, from asian countries, not arab countries, they come here to make enough money, as migrant guest workers, and then leave to their country of origin, the two men who sold him the items were indian, and the last one with whom he took a picture was also indian subcontinental. This video is not reflective of bahraini citizens, the huge majority of which, are native to the land. Indian sub-continentals and arabs are not interchangeable! we are culturally, linguistically, historically, and genetically closer to the people of north africa, and sub saharan africa, and persia, not the indian sub-continent which we don't share a boarder with. and peninsular arabs do not carry indian dna and when it comes to mtdna they only carry 3%, peninsular arabs are more related to arabs of north africa, and subsaharan africa! and looks do not define ethnicity, people of different genotypes (ethnicities), can share the same phenotype, which is (how people look), guess what? jason mantzoukas and eric estrada are not asian indian sub continentals! and the huge majority of peninsular arabs are arab not asian.

Is that for a feeling of safety in the country you're in until they know you? or maybe just the airport in general since all walks of life are in an airport.
