It’s a good balance, Chelsea is brutally honest which is what Adam needs. Vaughan is super encouraging. Adams also got a ton more power then before when he was playing catch up the whole time. Good recipe for some serious improvement this season.

Adam gets to be in the best possible position to progress as a driver on a great team and the team gets a massive boost in marketing.

Don’t be hard on yourself Adam. I saw a lot of your other runs and you did freaking awesome. You were really on one. So many drivers have had the same thing happen to them too. I know you didn’t do as good as you wanted to, but like you’ve said you like to progress into full send. Which I have no doubt you’ll do. Something I think would be great to do is, ask JR for your demo car or build one yourself to practice with. No one can be expected to perform at the highest level when they’ve tested the car twice. You’re going to do great at ATL! Stay positive and have faith in yourself. We are all pulling for you bro! And honestly, you looked gangster in that car. It’s only one event and you have the best to come 👍🏻

Nice words but he has to drive in more rounds in this car until we can expect him to be “competitive”, I think if he actually takes it seriously and see’s a doctor about his anxiety he could be with RTR for a good run but until then I would just expect more learning in practice and comps. I think if he gets his anxiety dealt with, than by next year he should be a threat to top 5 every event. If he doesn’t see a sports psych or doctor it could just be more of the same, good in practice and messing up in top 32. I think he will get it together.

@@kevinfunk83 anxiety is another source of fear. Everyone doing an intense or highly-watched event or sport gets nervous or "anxiety" b4 it takes off. He probably is dealing with it, but he can't let that be the excuse. Got stuck in transition on the chase, it happens, ain't because of anxiety. Adam finna compete. Don't get it twisted bud. First event of the year as well so ofc the anxiety is high asf. Everyone deals with fear, it's about how they face that fear. Once he learns the adrenaline rush you get from fear can also be what drives you it's over. Don't doubt yaboyyyyy

He did great but once he’s had a little more time with the car and is able to re train his brain to not worry so much about some things he had to with owning his own team it’ll be the icing on the cake he needs!

Add a dummy light on the dash that only comes on for dangerously low oil pressure. That way if your mid run and miss the drop in pressure you will know immediately.

For me, it would be the stress of filling Vaughn's seat. The team is taking a massive risk by giving up some wins/podiums for increased exposure through Adam's channel. They'll eventually want the wins more their exposure is saturated and their audience has been captured. If Adam can't compete by that time he'll be gone. If he's not competitive by next season, there won't be a third.

I think the biggest thing here is you had the sence to stop before totalling that beautiful car. This track is no stranger to crashes and having the mindset to stop when it dosent feel right and keep the car in one piece is something a lot of drivers dont have.
