Can you please make a video on how you progressed in weighted pull ups, with timelines, accessory exercises, sets & reps, rest periods & days etc

@@peeyush981 hi, sounds like a good idea. I will give it some thought. Thanks for the request.

@@funwithcalisthenics oh yes, please think over it. See the internet is flooded with people who started calisthenics in their teens or have a base in gymnastics. So their lessons or progress doesnt really work for people starting weighted calisthenics late. I get shocked reading comments on youtube where people achieve 40 kg pull ups in 6 months. Also, beyond a stage balancing strength training, recovery, mobility is such an intricate process. So hearing all of this covered by you will make for a great listen. I suggest you cover - 1. Your background in exercise to give us an idea of the base you started with 2. When you started weighted calisthenics 3. How you programme training 4. Shoulder & joints prep & care 5. Your progress timeline & future goals.

I have some old video footage that I could use, to show the journey. I think it’s a good idea. I have another video to upload first, so will do it after that. It may take me a week or so, as I want to make the best I can. Thanks for the request.
