Very nice Flight! This is only the second KZbin video that I’ve seen that features assess the cardinal. I know that Pilot from over 50 and learning to fly had one, but I think he sold it. Anyway, great flight, brother! Fly well!

I also recently got a cardinal. 1972 FG. If you don't have it yet I'd highly recommend the Powerflow Exhaust as a great upgrade! I'll be posting Cardinal content on my channel this spring as well. I'm in Washington at KEAT so I don't get quite as many flying days as you!

They are actually changing the rules for SPL that should expand airframe coverage to planes that can do this. Right now, or with any LSA, you can do it but it will take longer, won't be able to bring as much stuff (definitely no golf clubs) and probably need a fuel stop in there.
