First Ride of the Year!

I don’t know about you guys, but I think there nothing says spring like the smell of of a hot rod engine starting up after a long winter 🤩
Well, this video doesn’t need much if an explanation. Just me n’ my machine out for our first ride of the season! And of course I’m taking you all along with me. Enjoy! 😎 ✌️

That shot when you pulled into your driveway… that really is a beautiful motorcycle. Your dad combined form WITH function, which is rare with a lot of custom bikes. Also, that single camera angle was great. It was like the viewer is riding.

Yo Red, every year I cross my fingers but I was able to do my Spring Ride January 1st as usual. Hell Yeah! Living in Michigan, I have to pick and choose my days. Not as far north as you are but I rode 12 months 2022. 3 months so far in 2023. Glad you're FineAss Motorsickle started for you. You Meet the Nicest People on a Honda Valkyrie/GoldWing. Man, that bike is a work of art. I rode my first old Harley yesterday. I got to take a friends 1969 Sportster out for a spin. It was a very different ride from my 1964 Triumph and my 1974 Honda CB750. I'd love to have one in my garage. Great fun.

I took a ride around the block last week, but I am still waiting to be cleared by my doctor after my shoulder surgery. I have to wait until the end of March! Ugh! Looks like you had fun on your first ride of the season. I love the scenery. Takes me back to my Navy days when I was stationed in Whidbey Island, Washington. Great first ride of the year we had a couple days of riding here in Indiana but I have been in the middle of some personal stuff that had to be dealt with and now it is 20 degrees here maybe a few more days and I will get my first ride I did go out and start mine warmed him up and told myself it's time give me a good day it's nice to get out on your bike right after a good bath nice and clean shining going down the ride yes your bike looked good but like you it always does love to watch your videos keep em coming I'm getting old don't have that get out there and ride hard all day rush like I use to but it ain't gone just slower old dude

Glad you're aware of the early season dangers. Ride safe and wash that salt off when you get home. I won't ride my shovel until the salt and sand is off. We're still snow covered in the Dakotas.
