Just now catching up on your channel. Nice system! So do you own a trailer park or just the home this is at?

My parents and i are real estate investors and in 2014 we bought a 6 unit 6 acre property not far from my house solely intended for me, mainly for retirement and financial stability reasons , it is not really a trailer park i just refer to it as. i do own all the homes and the land they sit on and am at 100% occupancy (they are all rental units) i will say it to everyone real estate is the way to go :)
