We might actively engage threats to protect them, but you give them the knowledge and skills to protect themselves! This is the very foundation of our country! Or he just isn't even remotely involved in logistics for his company....thats literally what employees are for.
@joshbutler25633 жыл бұрын
@@yoloactual6975 I think he meant it as a compliment. A lot of overreaching bosses involve themselves in too many areas and spread themselves as thin as possible, so no area is without their deliberate influence. Not sure where the original quote came from, but there's a saying about leadership that goes "The most successful bosses/leaders are those who make themselves useless." If your company takes care of itself--your employees are high-functioning and hard-working without any backseat bossing--then you're doing exactly what you should be doing.
@johnwig2853 жыл бұрын
@@joshbutler2563 Umm that quote doesn't quite fit the point ure trying to say. I understand that the quote has been misinterpreted many times before and i totally understand ur point too. Backseat-bossing is on the opposite spectrum of getting involved in too many areas (i.e. front seat). Backseat bossing refers to managers who are hands-off, yet continuously instruct their employees from their own seats (figuratively) which is their own office instead of coming down to the warehouse to understand the problems. There are several types of managers relevant to this current topic, a manager who constantly micromanage their employees which is what ure talking abt (overreaching managers), a manager who is backseat-bossing and lastly a hands-on manager who participates in different jobs so that he knows his stuff & problems, but without the micromanaging. The reality is successful managers are where they at because they know the inside-outs of their business especially their logistics and operations, they are hands-on and understand the problems and gaps in the company.

@kotarichards52183 жыл бұрын
@@625098evan The ability to fold the stock and still have the firearm operate is a massive improvement over an AR. It allows the gun to stay super compact and fit into lots of bags. Furthermore, the MCX requires almost no tools to change things like the handguard, stock, or change gas settings, things that you need special tools for on an AR. I've got a similar build only its not sig because I broke the bank on my 516 precision rifle. However, I am running a brn 180 10" .300 blackout. Ripping that side folder at makes you feel like a badass every single time. Spends too much time in the safe

Smart to compare the mp5 and rattler. I think the mcx rattler was basically made to replace the mp5sd. I think initially it was the honey badger that was considered but Sig beat AAC (don’t know if by the time Q came around if that program was still a thing) to the punch.

Love my TACOPS MCX in 300 BLK platform! Love my HK SP5K-PDW! But that sub-to-super transition on the 300 BLK, with just a mag swap, is an Order of Magnitude game changer bro. I even mate the mag with subs to a mag with supers so I can get loud and proud immediately if the situation requires it - where else can you get that kind of Jekyll and Hyde transition capability?? What a life I am living in 'Merica...
