First Skijoring of the Season

The fluffin' around pack found a spot in the mountains to try out the ski gear. Ursa was ecstatic to sprint through the trails and feel the snow between her toes at her pace; pulling her humans was a barely noticeable inconvenience. Full speed down every hill was the only way to experience life for her. Zeus was a fantastic pace-setter. Initially he wanted to keep pace with Ursa, but he quickly realized that she is young and wild. He held his pace and enjoyed the sights and smells. On the other hand, Tiberius is a VIP: Very Important Pet. He doesn't pull his humans along, but trots along at his pace and smells whatever strikes his fancy. Tiberius listens well (for a husky), so we allow him a lot of leeway when enjoying snow covered trails. Our cross country adventure was serene and brought the entire family joy.
