Nope, not bored watching you build rigs. That snow with a crust and grainy powder underneath is a challenge for any vehicle. Years ago I went on a winter ATV trip with some friends. We hit a clearing with that kind of snow and probably spent an hour digging and winching each other out. Once you were out of it, you'd drop through the crust again.

Yes that's exactly how our snow was! Everyone was having issues!

Best thing about playing in the snow ? Clean b4 and still clean after.

There are two philosophies for snow wheeling. You either want to be super light with lots of flotation and supper aggressive tires. Or you want to be heavy enough with thinner tires so you can eat through to the solid ground below and bite into the dirt inorder to bulldoze through it.

Don’t get discouraged by how it did or some of these silly comments. That snow looked like absolute sugar and would eat up the best of them regardless of weight/tire size.

Agreed, I've encountered that kind of snow with an ATV and spent a lot of time stuck.

May make a nice rock climber, but I'm afraid it's a bit too heavy for deep snow. But it sure looked good trying.
@clayfist403314 күн бұрын
I think you need to put 44s on it and put the tires all set outward a little bit that’ll give you on top of the snow a lot easier and I’ll give you more tire to flute that vehicle over top of the snow but the super swappers buggers were good. I love them tires never had a problem with the big 44s on the vehiclevideo. Can’t wait to see your next video. Thank you. You’re awesome.

Back in the day I used to run chains on the front of my Chev. Never played with the air...did it do better with lower pressure? Looked like a fun time! 🍻

Go down to like 2-1 psi. Thats what we use in Iceland on 40" coopers 😊

Weight of the vehicle is so important when it comes to 4-wheeling. Beautiful rigs out there ripping it up. Get ahold of Jared from questionable garage.

Looks like fun in the snow. I a local guy tuned our race car and did a good job on it his shop is Border City Performance in Morden Manitoba. I think he has done a lot with LS motors. I sent him a text to see if he does remote tuning.

I enjoyed you video, your truck rocks! .. have you connect the VSS to the engine's ECU? .. I had a similar issue with my LS1 equipped '79 FJ40 and once I installed a VSS sensor to my stock H55F trans and made the ECU be able to read the speed the problem solved, it wont die again when I coast down to stop.
@austinniemela14 күн бұрын
Yes vss in wired to the ecu, tuner verified my speedometer and its perfect! He thinks its big cam issues

You could contact Black Bear Performance and see if they can do anything for your setup. I have a truck tuned by them that runs like a champ and is the same 5.3L\4L60e combo as you have here.
