It's incredible to think, after learning, that we don't teach our kids how to sit or stand without damaging themselves. Simple standing Tai-Chi and sitting meditation REALLY helps open the neck and back, its been life changing. Of course, self massage works too- but simple stillness and breathing can really take it to the next level.

This should be taught in schools. Health/Gym Class. I've been slouching almost into my 30s now. I have a physical job. Got injured. Ever since I've been trying to correct all the damage. I haven't felt this good since I was an early teen. I can't wait to be fully healed to workout again. Only this time, I won't be skipping stretching.

With virtual learning I'm constantly telling my kid to sit up straight. I also suggested my kid get a degree in physiotherapy as there will be alot of people needing it my time he is ready to have a career😆

I've been doing this for years with a lacrosse ball. Started with a tennis ball, then baseball, now lacrosse ball. I can literally use a rock now. Lol. Definitely has helped me with neck pain and mobility. I've had headaches so bad it makes me nauseous, but I always knew the root of my problem was by my shoulders blades. I recommend these techniques 👍🏼

Good morning, I wanted to say that I’ve been using a tennis ball on my back for a week and a half. Sometimes 30 minutes of slowly rolling and rotating my arms on both sides. This morning I woke up for the first time in eight years without being in pain. I was a little sore, but like muscle soreness. But not “oh my God, my back hurts again.” Thank you Bob and Brad. By the way it does suck, it hurts while I’m doing it. I warm up first, then one side and then the other side. this morning I woke up without pain!!

I almost always stop watching your videos because it takes too long to get to the content. At least this one didn’t have the big watch, subscribe etc. at the beginning. Some KZbin videos give place markers that take you directly to specific content. If your videos had a way to allow me to get right to the content, I’d watch more of them. It is a pain (pun intended) to try and speed forward to get to the content.
