I will agree with SAS about Kershaw not being slated to start Game 4, so he'd be able to start Game 7. The best pitchers usually want to get the ball 3 times in a series. We saw this with the likes of Schilling, Hercheiser and Jack Morris, to name a few. So why was Dave Roberts worried about having a four man rotation in a WS.
