I’ve had two Amazon loads the last 3 days. Sam’s Club can be good or bad it depends where you are. Be prepared to move an empty to get a dock door for your unload, sometimes they’re drop and hooks. Cheers.

In Germany Amazon Fulfillment centers are mostly done by DHL Supply Chain. You see DHL from outside, but inside it's a Amazon Fulfillment center. In Germany all employers offer union jobs. They have to abide by the pay rates agreed upon between trade union and confederation of German employers. However, there are different rates for each industry. There is a pay rate for jobs in Retail, Wholesale, Logistcs, Construction. Logistics pay rates are usually lower that the rates in the retail industry. There was a conflict with Amazon in Germany. People considered them Retail, but they paid Logistics pay rates which are lower than retail pay rates. DHL is clearly logistics. The employees work for DHL, but the work is for Amazon.

Amazon’s are easy mostly because they’re easy to get to and they’re easy to maneuver inside. I never did live loads though but as far as drop and hook goes I don’t think there’s anything easier than dropping hook Amazon stuff. It’s probably the easiest stuff to do but like I say live loads I don’t know I’ve never done live loads, but I go to Amazon all the time at least couple times a week usually

If it is a just in time load to Sams Club, you should be aware that you are on time when you dock on time, not when you arrive or check in on time. At least this was the case in Santa Fe, NM.

Screw amazon..had 1800 appt..arrived 1745....was told by speaker that it wasn't my appt time and to come back at 1800..had to leave the line ..go on street...go around block and come back at 1758....then was assigned a door....will never go to that fcking place again

Yeah, I notice they do that to owner operators alot. Mega carriers on the Amazon account can usually arrive 30 mins to an hour early.
