Carlin, please know that God has used this experience in your life to minister to my family. My son is a freshman in college. While home for Christmas break, he had a tonic clonic ( Grand mal) seizure. First one ( and prayerfully the only one). He is able to be completely on line this semester which is such a huge blessing although he is certainly missing being on campus. No driving for 6 months. He’s 20 and it’s hard, but he’s had a really great attitude and adjusted quite well. I’ve shown him some of your videos and it’s been encouraging for him to be able to relate to someone else who had lost their freedom to drive and get to work and church and all of the things in his schedule. I was sitting here watching you and just crying with joy for you but also with anticipation for him. June 21, Lord willing!! Congratulations, Carlin! So happy for you!!

I feel so much for anyone that isn’t able to drive because of the stress you feel when others do the driving. Oh darlin, I’ve had moments just like this in the past. I have MS and I was in a wheelchair and on hospice, with not much time left. That was years ago. Now in walking and babysitting my two year old twin grandkids. I never thought it would be possible.Sorry for such a long text,I tried keeping it short, but I so understand the feeling of being shocked when God answer’s our prayers. So happy for you all! And happy that you shared these moments with us. Loved the flashback of Zach teaching his sister! My car was totalled last summer. The great news is that God protected my granddaughter & me from serious injuries. We are all healed now!😊 I have been grounded since as finding another auto has been s-l-o-w as most are keeping their cars longer. But I digress......so appreciate the thrill & happiness of answered prayers & Carlin being cautious to drive again! We believe our God hears & answers prayers in His timing, but sometimes still surprised when He does. Muss my independence, but He has had me listening & following better in the waiting. ❤☺️

Idk what lead me to your channel. Seeing you able to drive again makes me think of myself. As a stay home Mom, I couldn’t go anywhere much. I haven’t really drive for over 3 yrs now. You able to drive again, brought happiness tears to my eyes. My oldest sister is already 41 years old and never have her driver license. Glad she have a patient husband who been driving her to work and everywhere for over 25 yrs now.

That feeling of “my life will never be the same” is such a difficult thing see past when something this big is taken from you! It’s an indescribable feeling when you are given it back!
