@@jts3628 yeah I looked it up, I stated it wrong, but I remember someone saying he had the longest note.. Those people going for world records definitely got him beat, but in a recorded song he might have the longest note. I mean he does that in the song while others sorta just test themselves on stage with it. I guess it's a lung capacity thing. Still, the guy is very talented singer. A-ha has a lot of really great songs. I got into his music late and was surprised.

I was in many concerts of a-ha Morten can hold this note much longer when he sings it live. Yes the song is from 1985, and ain’t a him, they are a band, a trio from Norway. Legendary band. Still going to this day. Take on me has over 1 billion 300 plus million views. The famous synth rift was written by the keyboard player when he was only 15. The singer morten harket has one of the best voices in music history. They didn’t focus on the USA after take on me and targeted Europe and South America and Asia. They have 2 entries in the Guinness book of records. For longest held note, and largest paying audience attendance of 198,000 people, which was also part of a 25 gig tour, with a total attendance of over 3 million people. I’m nearly 49, I’ve been listening to them since I was 12. You have just begun your a-ha journey😀👍
