Love people discovering Adam Lambert. Your reactions are priceless. And correct, he's incredible! He is the best male singer, so versatile... this is rock, yeah, but he transcends genres, he can sing and has sung so many different genres, including pop, dance, jazz, blues. With the way he has mastered his instrument, he is literally able to sing anything. I'm sure there'll be plenty of recommendations in the comments. For his solo stuff, maybe you should check out his latest album Velvet - there are lots of great tracks, currently I'm really into the track Stranger You Are (there is a Live Session performance on his youtube channel). Or you should listen to pretty much anything he's done with Queen. Queen+ Adam Lambert Who Wants to Live Forever (from the Isle of Wight Festival) or The Show Must Go On at the London O2 (there are many versions, of course, but these are some of the best ones- they released them on their Live Around the World album & the live concert performances are posted on Queen's official yt channel)

Definitely check out some Queen with Adam. I've been ahuge fan since he was on Idol,10 yrs or so ago. He's incredible. Seen him live @17 times including w Queen and he kills it every single time. So glad he auditioned for Idol and blessed the world with his incredible talents ,not just vocally but his use of lighting ,setting the mood,every song is an experience. Adam is absolutely the most amazing singer ever. Too many examples to even begin to select. And I think he's often even better live than recorded--he is that good. And add to that his stage presence, charisma, personality, and gorgeousness--he is the entire package. He writes/cowrites most of his songs these days and loves to put new twists and interpretationson his songs and those of other artists. One amazing older and acoustic song is Down the Rabbit Hole performed for VH1 Unplugged in 2010.
