That solo always gets me you can just feel every emotion through the guitar then Matt starts going crazy.

Ok now you gotta HEAR The Rev!! He’s def up there in the conversation for drummers.. I’m tellin ya.. Songs.. Bat Country, Almost Easy, Scream, Nightmare.. that last one or any of those and you’ll see

My favorite of the Revs was on the first album. Overlooked by many A7X fans, but the drumming on that album is so so crazy.

I'm glad you did the research. So many people give their reactions without understanding what it's really about. You should focus on the lyrics. This song is a brutal tear jerker. Thanks for your video.

Dude you ought to check out Nightmare. It's a far cry from this. I love this song but I am infatuated with Nightmare

If So Far Away is their acceptance of the tragedy, Nightmare is the anger that they had as they were learning to accept the tragedy.

Do yourself a favor and listen to more from avenged sevenfold. The beautiful thing about them is they don’t just have one style of music they have many. So if you come across one you don’t like, the next song you listen to could be completely different. If you’d like to see a live performance check out critical acclaim live at the LBC

I think of my dad everytime I hear this song, when the video goes through the pictures at the end, it makes me realise thats how you remember any loved one, memories caught like a picture, if only we could have one more conversation, most suitable that would be

This song helped me theough some hard times when i loat my best friends in a car crash! It split the whole group up forever and other members started dying as well. Sometimes it helps to hear someone put all the emotions you feel into a song with kyrucs that couldn't be more perfect for the situation. Hold on to the ones we love we were garuanteed yesterday but never tomorrow. Much love!
