I lost my Dad 12 years ago this year.... and like Bubbles, the first thing i thought was "he won't be walking me down the aisle.... and he won't meet my kids" ( i was 3 months pregnant with my first baby when he passed...) I still cry.... it never gets easier.... but i know he is watching over and doing what he can to keep us safe 💜 enjoy your parents and family members while you've still got them 💙

This music video was one of my Dad's last internet searches, it came out when I was 16, I was always the biggest Daddy's girl. The last verse is part of the reason my husband and I went to the courthouse with just the kids....I didn't want my Dad to give me away I also kept my last name 😂 I was meant to find you today the universe keeps sending me signs my brother is a Jr too they go by Rich or Richie, my sister in law is Ashley lol and when I was in the first year after my Dad passed I always said "I'm not ok, and that's ok"

hey bro, last time I saw my little cousin he was out fishing off the dock, and I walked up to him in his fishing gear and hat, everyone else was sitting around drinking, and we talked for a bit and I went back and sat with the group, he died a few months later, but man I'll never forget that. Something tells me when I get to where I'm going I'll see him somewhere along the way fishing off the dock and I'll spend a little more time with him.

Losing a parent that you are close to is so difficult. I lost my mom when I was 10, and my dad at 29. My wedding was a difficult day (dad already had dementia), and when I found out I was pregnant with my son, it was really an emotional rollercoaster. My son asks lots of questions, but they're still with me, and I swear that they picked him for me in heaven. Echoing what you've said, losing them made me realize that I need to try to live every minute with my little guy. You have a beautiful soul, and I hope that you are healing. When my oldest daughter was going to get married (I have 3 daughters) I thought I would sing this at her wedding. I could never get through it without crying. Needless to say I couldn’t do it. And yes time go by fast. All three are now adults. But I do have a wonderful and cute granddaughter…and 3 grand sons.😊❤️

Im sorry to hear about your father I know how you feel 😢😢I lost my dad to he died before my 19 birthday he died at the age 47 and two days way of his 48th he had lung cancer and heart failure and tuberculosis and a small case of food poisoning and was sick with the Flu so my dad suffered for two weeks before his passing I'm 35 now and I have two kids of my own and my ex-wife took them from me but dad never got to see my kids my daughter is 5 and my son is 8
