Thank you for your great reaction! It's 99 degrees today... Christmas in July is just what I needed. Languages he sings verses in: Italian, German, Portuguese and English. So impressive. Keep Christmas going and check out Adeste Fideles (o come all ye faithful) which he sings in Latin. Powerful performance and you can tell he and his friend, Gabriel (on guitar) are having a blast. Enjoy!

In his rendition of Angels We Have Heared On High, Dan shows us the power and magnificence of Archangel Michael. Dressed and coiffed very appropriately for the role, he has reimagined the archangel's wings with illuminated spotlights on either side of his shoulders. If you know it you can see it. I love his attitude and powerful performance. In fact, his voice seems to sound like the beautiful, strong and impressive voice of an angel that no human can resist. Sorry i am late it 's just dawn here.

Dude, if your friend looks like Dan Vasc, I know a few thousand women who want to marry him and bear his children! 😂 But seriously, thanks for another great review. I believe we are watching the best vocalist on the planet. I pray for Dan, not just for health, safety, and discernment, but that, as he gains worldwide notoriety, he will remain rooted in Christ. Some of my friends have won Dove Awards and Grammys, and they have worked with other very famous Christian artists who have had affairs, were addicted to cocaine, etc. I'm sure you know some of them. I just pray that God will protect Dan from ever getting involved in that lifestyle. Please keep him in prayer if you would. Thank you so much!

I can't comment on affairs. As far as I know he isn't married. However, he cares far too much about his health and body to become addicted to anything but video games! 😂

@@auntiethetical, oh, I agree that he takes very good care of himself, no drugs, etc. I just know too many people who had wonderful ministries but became rich and famous, and when the world came calling, they became involved in sinful activities. I hope and pray that our Dan will always resist the temptations that he's bound to face in the future. That's why, as Christians, we need to lift him up and pray God will protect him and help him resist those temptations.

Great reaction! I see that others have already commented regarding the languages (1-Italian, 2-German, 3-Portuguese, 4-English). What's really fun, though, is that actually he's singing in five languages, since the chorus is ALWAYS sung, in every language, in Latin. It never changes. "Gloria" means, "Glory," in any sentence, no matter what the language in which it's written. "In Excelsis Deo," means, "God in the highest," in any sentence, no matter what the language in which it's written. The whole phrase means, "Glory to the Highest God," or, "God's Glory is higher than any other." Personally, having come to see how Dan chooses every song for a reason. The main reason of the largest number of them is to glorify the Lord in some way (search the lyrics, no matter what song he's singing), I think his "pinned" comment under the video, also has a hidden intent. He says, "The languages I'm singing in are Italian, German, Portuguese and English. I chose these because they are some of the languages most spoken by you. So chances are you'll understand something! Merry Christmas!" I think one of the things he meant by that statement IS that no matter what the nationality or language, the Glory of the Lord remains the same. Period. Your friend is one of THREE of Dan's "doppelgangers" that I know of, now. The very first one, which is the reason most of my family and friends are now watching and listening to Dan all of the time, now, is that my 19-year-old-just-yesterday grandson Ethan (the oldest of my grandchildren in this physical household) looks just like Dan...right down to his hair! Ethan has a long way to go to duplicate Dan's physique, but he's actually built very similarly to Dan's younger photos. His facial structure is more like Dan's at the present time, though. It's very striking, and almost "spooky!" Last week, my husband was walking past my bedroom door, where I was sitting and watching reaction videos on my very large-screen computer. He stopped short, and asked, "Is that ETHAN?!" I cracked up! We've been TELLING him about the likeness, but he hadn't paid much attention, until he saw it for himself. He came in for a better look, and left just shaking his head, going, "Wow!" over and over again! Judi (his mom) and I have been looking back through genealogy stuff, to find out where that likeness may have come from, way, way back. We do know that one of Dan's parents has an Italian lineage, which probably has a lot to do with his appearance. Our own HUGE scattering of lineage usually tends to show up more from the Germanic strains, "English," or Scotch/Irish. However, Ethan's father's (not the same father as her other seven children) lineage is unknown to us, so there are a ton of rabbit holes we could travel, to see what nationalities may have contributed to Ethan's looks. Other than your friend, the other one I know about, is another grandchild--of one of the grandmas who are always commenting on Dan's videos and Dan-Reactor videos. I can't remember which one she is, but I saw her comment about HER grandson, just last week. When I was still living in Alaska, when I was in my 20s, I was told MANY times that there was a woman who seemed to possibly be just slightly older than I was, but who looked "exactly" like me, living in Anchorage. I never did meet up with her, and nobody ever seemed to actually have met her--just seen her, and thought she was me, except that they knew it couldn't have been me, because I was living in a completely different area of the state at that time. Most of the people who told me that, didn't know each other, so it was very interesting that they had all seen that woman at some point!
