More Dimash. Yes, I have chills and still am in awe of his technical chops. We are called " dears" by Dimash. Usually, we prefer you in future keep pausing minimal. Discuss after. I totally understand this first experience. This song was also my first one of his. He comes from an opera parents background. He was offered a full time job with an opera company and he turned it down because it would limit his creativity and what he could sing. He is one in a million. Go to his page and join and follow. I agree, so many will never hear his talent. To hear a different way of making a song " his" try " ikanaide" that one gives me double chills always. He does pop songs also. As a 78 year old U.K. lady, I’ve travelled overseas for the chance to see Dimash in concert, which, btw, are three and a half hours long! Everything from opera to rap! Seeing Dimash for the first time is almost a religious experience as one cannot miss that one is witnessing greatness personified. I just discovered Dimash 2 months ago. I lost passion for listening to music in today's world because I feel no talent is needed today just good beats that sells. However listening to Dimash brought my passion to listening to music once again. He is perhaps the best singer in the world male or female. Anecdote: I am 36 years old, I have lived all my life (since I was 11) taking pills for depression and generalized anxiety, I suffer from insomnia, eating disorder, etc. I've known Dimash for 5 years, with this specific song and for 4 and a half years I stopped taking the pills. No kidding, ever since I started listening to it, I felt like it helped heal my soul. with this song I could feel as if it hugged my soul and said "Okay, I'm here" and every time I'm about to have a relapse, I hear "OLIMPICO" with this song, these lyrics feel like they scream at me "You can beat him You are stronger than all your problems!" so yes. I could see in your eyes that also, somehow, it has managed to touch your soul.

Tip of the iceberg with Dimash. This was not as low as he can go nor was it as high as he can go. He is fluent in his native Kazakh as well as Russian with English now becoming a fast third with a little Mandarin thrown in for good measure. However, he sings in about 15 or 16 languages. This was French. Try Stranger in English. He will shock you every time. He sings in any genre he wants and plays multiple instruments, composes music, acts and even raps in Kazakh. His latest song Omir was released on his birthday, the 24th of May. He composed it in appreciation of his fans whom he calls Dears because he considers fans part of his family. A very humble, respectful and appreciative artist. He has a fan base around the world so get ready to translate a lot of comments.

Also I highly suggest watching SOS that he performed 3yrs later for his digital show he did during the pandemic, shot in a sound stage in Ukraine. There you can also put subtitles on so you can see how special the lyrics are as well. You will see how he often makes different choices for the same song yet just as magical. One vocal coach was critical of his extreme vocals as unnecessary because she did not see the film first. Это что-новое) Хотя, я видел около 10 реакционеров, которые говорили правду и без лишних эмоций, а не играли свою очередную роль для фанатов какого-либо певца, для получения порции лайков и комментов. Меня иногда поражают реакционеры, которые при этом сами являются певцами и вокальными коучами, которые в своих реакциях боготворят Димаша, поют ему дифирамбы, употребляют такие слова о его голосе, что хочется верить в их искренность, а ты заходишь на их канал и просто ахереваешь над тем, что это была первая и последняя реакция на Димаша)) Прикинь, и такие реакционеры есть, хотя, наверное, ты и сам это знаешь)) Я всегда захожу на канал реакционера и смотрю, как он реагирует на голоса певцов в разных муз.направлениях. Какие слова он подбирает и произносит в адрес певца и зачастую они одни и те же. По факту, реакционеру абсолютно наплевать на кого делать реакцию. Для него главное, чтобы песня была обсуждаемая или известная и у певца была большая армия поклонников, ну а дальше дело за малым, восторгаться человеком и как можно больше.

Dimash hits people like that! I think you said it very well, he sings to our souls. You will be happy to know that there are several other versions of this song. He had been working on it for about 10 years by the time he sang it in this video. You will also be happy to know that Dimash sings to the soul in many many of his other songs too. He also sings many different genres and in about 15 languages. (He speaks Kazakh, Russian and quite a bit of English.) He has been studying music since he was 5 years old. Dimash is an earth angel. He has been training since the age of 5 and has honed his voice into an instrument which brings people to tears with its purity and emotion. Dimash sings with his entire being, not just his voice. His body language, expressions, everything conveys the message he is trying to portray. Another song which is equally able to bring me to tears is Ave Maria. He does not utter a single word, but brings me to tears every time. He sings in many languages and plays many instruments too. Not surprised at your reaction, Dimash is THE greatest vocalist of ALL time! This was 5 years ago, he is so much better today! He sings all genres and 13 languages. Since I first listened to Dimash 3 years ago, I have to listen to him multiple times a day. Dimash turned 29 on 24th May 2023, he’s a worldwide superstar but I suppose because he hasn’t signed a contract in the West (thank goodness!) still there are people who haven’t heard of him yet! His base/baritone registers are incredible! I think he probably had a 6 octave range here in 2018, in 2023 that has now increased to over 7 octaves. Every note beautiful! I think he’s an angel! His surname means God given, I believe that’s true!

Crash course on Dimash, he started vocal training at age 5 classically he performs all genres. He sings in 13 different languages and plays 7 instruments. He has a 7 octave range. And can hit the bass notes. He calls his fans "Dears" He is a very humble man. During his concerts he bows in gratitude to his fans several times. SOS was the first Dimash song I encountered (& it was fairly recently) and I agree, it was an out of body experience. I felt disconnected from reality, because I was hearing the impossible (I've been immersed in music for 46 years, studying piano, dabbling in various orchestral instruments, singing in small madrigal choirs, playing the recorder. Never studied voice beyond basic lessons, but I instantly *knew* there was NOTHING like Dimash's voice in the history of recorded music). Every time I hear it it feels like a curtain has parted to show us that our world is, like, underlain by a reality where magic exists. I don't know how to describe it in other words. This is not "my" kind of music either - too musical theatre-ish - but his unbelievable vocal ability reached in and took over my heart and this song in particular never fails to completely overtake me. Non-stop chills and goosebumps and hair raised at the back of my neck and unbidden tears. I feel... grateful? I have no belief in a higher power, but it honestly feels like the planet has been gifted with him, and I'm so, so so so so so grateful to be alive at a time where I have the immense good fortune and privilege to experience what he has to share with his fellow humans.

The best way I can describe the way he makes me feel is that he reaches inside you with his voice & raw emotions to actually sing & he touches your soul. Something out of my body, I was depressed, locked up at home and unable to go out, a friend sent me that same song, I cried a lot, it had never happened to me. Dimash has cosmic vibrations in his voice according to quantum physics, (voice of God). I looked for all his songs, recorded them on an mp3 and went out into the street. Your voice healed me!

I totally understand. I found him on my own. I was in a deep depression. After I listened to SOS I felt the heaviness lift off my chest.
