So you know that song (the blue alien) did, it's called the Diva Dance, but, when the movie was made it was almost entirely done with computer's as it was supposed to be impossible to be done by anyone, check out his Bastau concert where he does it tremendously 😊😮❤!!!!

Dimash is just him, Dimash Qudaibergen from Kazakhstan, 28 and 6'3". Widely known as the greatest vocalist in the world today although he also plays 7 different instruments. With a bachelors degree in vocals, a master's degree in composition and about to finish his PhD this year he's able to sing in 15 languages, every genre from Opera to Rap and is currently living and working in the US with the composers and producers of Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Mariah Carey.

Dimash has a vocal range of over 7 octaves, which is quite impressive; but that’s not what defines him. He sounds exquisite at any range, which is incredible in and of itself. This concert was done for his fans during the pandemic as all of us were desperately missing him. His genre is very unique but does include some fast paced music. Try Durdaraz/Almaty, Olympico or OST Go Go Power Rangers for more of a rock vibe. You've got a bit of exploring to enjoy. This is the first you've experienced a very big Kazakhstan born phenomenon named Dimash Kudaibergan. You haven't heard his range, even yet. He sings every genre. Check out "Sinful Passion", another semi-operatic rock piece. "El Amor En Ti ' is operatic heavy metal. "IKANADIA" is a stunning love song. "Stranger", "One Sky", ... so many great songs. He sings in 14 languages (including English). Igor Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs just for his voice. His "Ave Maria" is angelic. Dimash is a very kind, humble human who has traditional Kazak values. He thanks his parents and grandparents. (Lots of videos to see.) He loves his country and his native music is amazing. He has use of traditional singing techniques including 4 half tones. He calls his fans, Dears. Yesterday I watched a video where he met a little autistic boy with severe speach problems. (Looks like he was in an airport ) He actually cares about our world and all human beings "under one sky." He has sacrificed much for his art, and it shows. Each piece is a stand alone work of art. Welcome to the world of Dimash. Oh yeah, he can hit C-2 (3 notes shy of full baritone) to D-8 (off the piano). (They call them whistle tones for a very good reason.) Enjoy the ride.

He is fluent in his native Kazakh, and Russian with English quickly becoming his third with a little Mandarin thrown in for good measure. Try Stranger by Dimash. I’s sorry I’m a bit late. I just discovered your channel, liked and subscribed in the hoping for more Dimash reactions. Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. Dimash is a 28-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (vocal fry C1 (B0) - whistle D8 off the piano). That means he hits notes in almost 8 octaves and sings consistently in 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly😅). At least what he has shown us so far. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 15 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in his hometown Almaty, it was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize your so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. This was a 2021 performance during covid lockdown when touring was just about impossible. So he did a live digital concert, because live performance seems to be his favorite thing, which is kind of surprising on this highly technical and high risk kind of work. Dimash loves the drums and percussion also. He has been periodically stealing the percussionist from A-Studio since he sang with them in 2018 at the Sochi New Wave Hall for the Sinful Passion (Greshnaya Strast) song. He generally gets very involved with the percussion arrangements and tweaks them until he is satisfied. He is quite good at posture changes to match the emotions in the song and good percussion design can help mark the transitions in support of his staging. Maybe 10% of his songs are in English, so just be ready with the captions for most songs. If there is another language that you know, then he probably has a song in it. I think the language count is up to 15 now. He is fluent in Kazakh and Russian, speaks decent English and a little Mandarin. He also does some songs in Turkish and related languages since Kazakh is in the Turkic group of languages and culture. Kazakhstan is jammed up north above all the other -stan countries and up between Russia and China. So it has always been a complicated region with trade and cultural mixing between eastern Europe, India, Pakistan and eastern Asia. They are a former USSR country that got their independence around 1993. With current events, their situation is even more complicated than usual.

Yes I forgot to update what I thought the song was about. What I got from the song was someone with depression calling out for help in the Hopes someone would hear him but no one did. Only reason why I came to this conclusion was the last line is "sleep child sleep"

@14:16, This is him covering this song...when he went to China in 2016-2017 to be on a Singer Competition Show, the first song he did was SOS, and that's when he became famous overnight! I believe the views went up over 600million! And most ppl get introduced first to him with SOS so now he lovingly calls it his "calling card" he's from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 and he is the best vocalist in the world hands down. When he went to China he just turned 22yrs old and had a 6 ish octave range, and now has an 8+ octave range...to help you understand that, Mariah Carey has about a 4. Kazakhstan is a Central Asian country. Dimash has university degrees in both Classical and Contemporary (Jazz, Pop). The song is in french, it`s from 1978. Dimash sings a cover of it, and it became a great introduction to what his voice can do. He`s already had a sold out concert in the US in 2019, people travelled from 42 US states and 51 other countries to see him. He`s had concerts in many other countries, from UK and Germany, to Ukraine and China. In China he has millions of fans because he participated in a competition for professional singers and people went crazy for his voice. The song was written by a man who had Cystic Fibrosis and eventually died. On another note if you want to hear his highest note do a reaction on Unforgettable Day at Gakku. Dimash is a individual singer who has a band a that does the instrumentals for him. Later the band changes members
