Sadly, without Taylor Hawkings (the drummer RIP.) I’m sure you’ll have so many favorites. I hope you go down the rabbit hole. Dave Grohl also wrote a great book “The Storyteller, tales of life & music!” After you explore more of the FooFighters and fall in love with Hawkings…I suggest watching the live tribute to him where his 16 year old son Shane performs “My Hero”…you’ve got to get to know the band some first though. Yep. You’re right. This one is one of their hits. Check out Hero… IMHO, that’s the best song Dave has ever written. The lead singer is Dave Grohl. He was the drummer for Nirvana. The drummer of the Foo Fighters, Taylor Hawkins, who is Dave Grohl‘s best friend, used to be a drummer for Alanis Morissette. Taylor Hawkins passed away a little over a year ago while they were on tour. It was devastating for the fans, but especially for the band and Dave. Please do some more Foo Fighters. They have an extensive library that I believe you would enjoy.

You are about to go down a rabbit-hole with Foo Fighters. Enjoy the trip! Besides the music being awesome, the entire band is a group of great human beings, especially Dave (the lead singer).

Check out their songs "The Best of you" and "The Pretender" same vibe...

This was the song played at our wedding right after we said 'I do', but the acoustic version, which you definitely need to listen to.

Dave Grohl went from Drummer to one of the Best Front Men in Rock History! 2 Time Inductee into the Rock Hall of Fame! He's always in attack mode, but is cool as a Fan!

Should do the Everlong video with Nandi on the drums. She’s 11 years old

I was fortunate enough to see Foo Fighters at Leeds Festival in 2019 when Taylor Hawkins was still with us, he was a beast on the drums and had a huge solo on a rising platform, a memory I'll treasure being there. Such a great band, The Pretender, Best of You, My Hero... all great songs
