@@Gnomojo I wouldn't say the video _makes_ the track. It's an awesome track on its own. I will say though, that once you've seen the video you can't _unsee_ it, meaning that every time you hear the song afterwards, various parts of the song will invariably make the visuals for that part from the video play in your mind. It's an awesome track and an awesome video, and the two complement each other perfectly.

Agree w/your first commenter. The video for this song is fire, and super high res/quality. Great visuals, it's worth a look as well as their live concert from Wembley which is also on YT. Who am I kidding? FF is just good in general. Tool will be back in the studio this fall. Keep the faith. :) No more of this 13 year nonsense. From the lips of the band members. One really powerful FF live performance is the song Hero played live where Taylor Hawkins' son Shane is on drums. It's very emotional, and I highly recommend it. RIP Taylor.

I ma 67 years old, my music is prog rock, rock ,1!st time I heard FF I was hooked, seen them the last 4 times they have visited the UK and I will make every effort to see them till I can no longer physically make it to the stadium :). The video adds to the impact of this mad rock.

Excellent choice, and a great Foo Fighters track. You might want to check out a live version of this, or any of their songs. They are an amazing live band. Just as good as their studio songs; maybe a little rougher and more improvisational. Maybe look at Wembley concerts, or some more intimate Cubby Bear songs at Wrigley Field. They are loved by both grunge, metal, and regular rock audiences.

I just saw them in Denver on 8/3, it turned out to be the largest U.S. show they've ever had. If you ever get a chance to go to a concert, the go hard live. So Stinkin Good. This is my favorite FF song.

This song will thump in the Forerunner for sure! Please explore more of their catalog. They have such a broad range of songs. Foo Fighters did a documentary where they explored the birth of rock. They would learn about the early artists, then the band would create a song that captures what they learned. Those songs became an album. The show (and album) is called "Sonic Highways". It seems like there is some audio compression on this - when first released, the soft sections were *very* quiet, so when it first was released people were turning it up at the end, just before the sonic blast of the repeating chorus. It was so startling!

The Foos had two of the best drummers in rock. Taylor Hawkins was the primary but sometimes frontman Dave Grohl took a seat in the kit. I think you know that Dave was the wild man drummer for Nirvana and inspired many kids to take up drumming. He's beloved and respected throughout the music industry and has collaborated with many, many musicians and singers.

What should you listen to next for Foos? All. Of. It. They're amazing. Just saw them live in Seattle last week. I'm 66, been going to concerts since I was 12, I've literally seen a few hundred concerts in my life. Dave and the band were incredible, even after being on tour for over a year and Seattle being the very last show. I'd rate it in my top 10 shows, and I've seen Zeppelin 5 times. My top 5, of course, are the Zep shows, but still...

Hey you should check out the live version of the songs you've reacted to. They are the most crowd friendly band I've ever seen. Lollapalooza 2022 in Argentina is a great show to check out. Audio and video is good and HUGE Argentina crowd. It was also Taylor Hawkins last show. He passed a couple of days later. I think he played one of his best shows. The foo fighters and Shinedown are 2 of the best shows out there in my opinion.
