Jessi is Korean American and grew up in New Jersey, and has faced so much strife in her career due to not fitting in with the rest of the crowd and constantly being torn down for her looks and attitude. She was the first artist psy signed to his own label and he's allowed her to be and shine as herself and she's blowing up like she deserves! She is a rap goddess but loves singing the most and has an amazing voice. Highly recommend: - What type of x, it's the ultimate bad b theme - Nunu nana, catchy af - Star, it's the song she's most proud of and tells her personal story - Numb, it's just beautiful and a bop Really hope you give more of her music a listen! Jessi is amazing! The way she can sing like an angel and then turn into a swag goddess with a deep husky rap voice is just amazing. And her no-fucks attitude and confidence really do make her unlike anyone in the game. Have fun falling down another rabbit hole! FYI: I've seen her in interviews and she is 100% genuine and totally down to earth and the coolest person ever. What you get in her videos you get in real life. She is completely honest and not shy and a great conversationalist! It would be awesome just hanging out with her. And I have a request ☺ could you please react to FTISLAND, they are an amazing K-rock band but sadly forgotten these days.
