It was written by Billy Beck and Larry Troutman. It was produced by Warryn Campbell Jr. The song reached #12 on the R&B chart and #64 on the Hot 100. The music video was filmed by Chris Robinson and featured appearances by Shirley Murdock and Vivica Fox. As good as this song is Shirley Murdock's original song version is on another level. Kelly Price Info 📰: Kelly Cherelle Price was born on born April 4, 1973 in Far Rockaway Queens, New York. She is a R&B and gospel singer. She grew up singing in the Full Gospel Mission Church Of God In Christ located in Queens, New York. Kelly Price's first professional singing engagement was with singer George Michael at Madison Square Garden in New York City in January 1992. During rehearsals for the 1992 Grammy Awards the next month, Kelly Price was overheard singing in the rehearsal hall by Mariah Carey. She did a great remake. You got to be about as good as shirley murdock to remake this sound and kelly was one of them singers, Im certain singers beyonce not gonna sing next to doing the 90's and this is one of them, no disrespect but the truth, Kelly price, kee kee wyatt, jennifer hudson, and fantasia, just to name a few beyonce won't sing with, we'll she song next to jennifer without knowing how good jennifer was and you see how that turn out on dream girls movie remake, not saying beyonce can't sing cause she can but not as good as the ones I named, what makes beyonce is her entertainment skills, which some came from tina turner "facts"
