They'll love the Doobie brothers (and Steely Dan/another group he was in), even the songs Michael wasn't the lead for. For example, Taking it To The Streets, I Keep Forgetting (they will think of a rap song), Sweet Freedom, You Belong To Me, and Minute by Minute... I KID< I know those are the one's he was lead for... OH, Ok, I'll tell you the other ones. Long Train Running, Listen To The Music (Let the music play), Black Water, even Jesus Is Just Alright. Great singer, great group. And he's also sang with other greats like Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, and James Ingram. He's backed so many other musicians it's fascinating.

To really get a sense of what Patti LaBelle can do you have to watch her live performance of Somewhere Over The Rainbow. It became something of a signature song for her brcause she OWNED it.
