Just a bit of extra info - in Britain, a rag and bone man was a guy who used to travel round the streets, usually with a horse and cart, who would take your old junk (rags and bones) and give you a few pence for it. It was a way for poor people to get a bit of extra money
@Alcagaur13 жыл бұрын
For Americans - Sanford & Son was a remake of Steptoe & Son, about a father-son duo of rag'n'bone men. The cry "Rag'n'bone!" was something you heard mainly in inner city streets, given the concentration of potential customers.

When things were at their very worst: 2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy. The first sign - the Earth will spin faster. The second sign concerns the sun, which will loom larger, brighter and begin to spin. Scientists will say it was a global illusion. Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again. After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way. Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet - will seem to rise from the dead - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one. This song makes me tear up every time. It resonates. When you look like a strong, powerful figure, people seem to feel you can fix all of their problems for them. Much hearts & greetings to you Jayvee, love your channel.

For anyone that's interested. The name rag n bone man comes from his love of the TV show steptoe and son. Which is a comedy where the main characters are rag and bone men. Which basically means their job was to travel around with a horse and cart collecting items people didn't want anymore but could be worth something. It's what I would call a scrap man now. I'm sure it's called something else in America.
