This song had a bit of resurgence a couple years ago due to being included in the movie "Guardians of the Galaxy" when Peter Quill danced to it in the opening sequence. They couldn't have made a better choice for that movie! Great song!!

I read in another reaction to this performance that the bird feathers on the middle guitar means that this guy was honored with them because he did something significant for a/his community. Nice when musicians give back to help others by improving their lives. I remember when this was a hit but didn't know their ethnicity until a year ago. Warmed my heart.

This was a popular radio song when I was 13-14(?) - seeing this on "Midnight Special" was super-cool, b/c nobody knew they were Native Americans, and it was super-brave of them to present that and EVERYBODY loved it I appreciated your reaction... they had at least one other "hit" -- called "the Witch Queen of New Orleans" - but "Come & Get your Love" is the major one -- - they were awesome musicians -

According to Wikipedia, Lolly Vegas, the lead singer, died in 2010, and Tony Bellamy, the guy who danced at the beginning, died in 2009. Come and Get Your Love was their biggest hit. I don't know many of their other songs, but Wovoka is a good song to check out.
