SCREAMING, this is my very favorite song from Rep, I'm SO SO excited!! Gonna type this live as I watch!! Your reaction at the 'and all at once' part is everything I was hoping for! I totally agree about the dancers, in this song especially. I knew you'd love it! The lyrics are so sweet but so powerful in the instrumentation and presentation; I loved it in the album but this was on a completely other level! And YES, that little moment where they grin and wave at each other, my favorite part of the whole tour! I adore it. KoMH sort of has a weird ending because it's a costume change for her, that's the only sad part for me, because it's hard to know when it 'ends' ends. The song goes for another 3 or 4 minutes as the dancers entertain the crowd and she changes clothes. Thank you so much for reacting to it!!! OH and you say 'time is so valuable' and you probably don't know this, but when she speaks at the beginning of the concert, she says that everyone in the stadium could have spent their time doing anything else on a Saturday night, 'so thank you for choosing to spend it with us!' You've GOT to watch the whole thing, sir, you'd just sob (like I do!) at the connection with the fans, well worth it!

I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, I will absolutely join your Patreon for an Eras tour reaction (the movie, yes, but especially when you see it live)! Let me share your joy and live vicariously through you, please!! Also, not to be parasocial or anything, but if you have a P.O. box, I’d love to send you a friendship bracelet (the Swiftie version of kandi, from a line in “You’re On Your Own, Kid”). I make them with glass seed beads on a loom (stores were sold out of plastic and clay beads for a while there!), which has the perk of making them subtle enough to wear places pony beads would look funny, while still being recognizable to other Swifties 😊

@silverwings92011 ай бұрын
I can't believe you actually noticed, but yes, 'King of My Heart' comes right after 'End Game' on the rep tour. As for why the song seems to end so suddenly (and other listings are only about three minutes long), on the tour, Taylor actually adds quite a bit to the song. In the studio recording, the intro (before she starts singing) is barely 5 seconds long, however, on tour, it is dramaticized by the entrance of the drummers and tripled in length. Afterwards, the song itself, as according to the studio recording, ends when she has her hand on the male dancer's chest and does the pulsing thing (around 3.5 minutes later, so about 4 minutes into the video you're watching). However, to account for her changing into her next outfit, along with rolling all the drums off the stage, she creates a whole two minute outro that gets played to fill up that space. When Taylor waves, she is actually saying goodbye to the dancers and leaves the stage to change for 'Delicate', the next song in the setlist. As for songs recommendations, to fit the holiday spirit, you could react to her Capital Jingle Bell Ball Set from 2019, which has the songs 'London Boy', 'Lover', 'You Need to Calm Down', and 'Christmas Tree Farm'. If you just wanna see her do one song, then she also performs 'Christmas Tree Farm' at the iHeart radio Jingle Ball in the same year (though the video quality is poorer).

She hired 90 big trucks which cost $500,000/week per truck. It said that the tour estimate trucking company cost would be $30M. She gave each of the regular 50 drivers a bonus check of $100,000 right to their home so their employer would not have any way to tax or deduct anything from it. She’s very generous and thankful for the help. This tour will reach over $1B in revenue and has helped boost the country’s economy by providing extra revenue at each new event. Restaurants and hotels around the country have reported record revenues directly related to her. That helped the People nomination. She’s a force of nature. Unreal work ethic. 🥰💖

The fact that every rep tour video is from a concert where Taylor was SICK is CRAZY
@robertthompson724211 ай бұрын
The Eras tour is more massive than all the others because she didn't tour since 2017's Reputation album. In the past, she'd drop the album (usually in October or November), do a lot of tv late night and morning talk shows/performances, and release 2 or three music videos. After the holidays, she'd get with the stage designers, and start working with her tour sound manager to make the arrangements work with a live band, with several weeks of rehearsals.Then making interstitial music in between songs; costumers and choreographers to get the pageantry she wants, as smooth as it can be. Her tours would start in spring around April or May. With Reputation, she did NO interviews or TV appearances; so she had some more time for it. She has always tried for a dramatic spectacle type show, ever since she started as the main act in 2009. In this case, there is a video by a logistics company (not the one she used) that described how she actually has two sets of staging, and two groups of people setting things up. The stage/audio setups alternate, because it takes a couple days to set up and tear down, and time for travel. So, while she is performing in one city, that other stage is going to the next one so there aren't any delays, and no one is trying to beat the traffic.

Yes you’re right this is one of the songs in the Reputation Tour set list, you can always tell by the costumes. She is a control freak and plans everything herself just letting a few trusted souls advise her and choreographing her concerts. Luke go and watch the Reputation Tour in full, it’s still in Netflix till 30/12. Yes you’re right her dancers/backing vocalist and band are her ‘family’, most of the band have been with her since the start, particularly Paul Sidoti who’s stayed with her and taught her some guitar chords in her teenage days. You are so gonna love the Eras tour in May in Paris in your birthday if you can get tickets of course❣️

SHE has amazing vision.....it takes her sometimes only about 5 minutes to write the words to a song......and a little longer to put music to it....she has a professional create the dance routines, and she and her dancers work on learning the routines. .... she works with the stage designers and she makes sure that she's in control and offer her input, which is usually pretty good....then there are the costume, and accessories and lighting....all of which she has her personal ideas and input. She is probably working on another project on her off days while she continues to finish this most recent popular tour. YEs...all the people who works for /with her love her....even the roadies who load and unload everything from the trucks....and those who take care of her wardrobes for all... (this is why she's worth the billion dollars..... AND she had the foresight to have it professionally filmed and contracted a famous theatre chain to show it. (she wanted to give her fans an opportunity to see the show if they couldn't afford to do to the conceert... this is why she got all of the awards. Her mind is always creating.

I vote you react to Halsey! Taylor Swift had a story celebrating Halesy's album 'Manic'. So I gave it a listen and I fell in LOVE!! She does music with BTS, SUGA is featured on one of the tracks. So many to choose from that album but maybe start with Graveyard. OR start with he last Album 'If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power'. It was produced by Trent Reznor and Atiicus Ross of NIN. It's an insane album! Again, too many good tracks to suggest as a starting point but maybe "Whispers", "I Am Not a Woman, I'm a God" or "The Lighthouse". Secondly: my recs for next reactions…1) the Love Triangle songs (Cardigan, August, and Betty) from the Long Pond Sessions- I think hearing her talk about them (which she does in the interview in that documentary) and then watching all 3 is SO remarkable, because you get a real window into her writing process. And again, each song is from the perspective of the 3 different fictional people in the love triangle. 2) Wildest Dreams (the music video is SO EPIC. Live is good, but this is a music video that MUST be seen! 3) The Man (music video) - she directed this one and the layers of detail she put into it are extraordinary.

please please please PLEASEEEE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE react to the entire rep stadium tour!!!! This clip was NOT doing this performance justice. The playoff with the drums and the slow mo dancers makes me cry it’s SO bold and powerful. It leaves Netflix on the 1st of the year. I’m hoping you can watch it somewhere else because you need the full picture not just little bits of it.

You should 2atch the full Reputation tour video ASAP. It'll be removed from Netflix very soon. You'll get all the bits.
