The music video for "Tacky" debuted on July 14, 2014, as the first in an eight-video series. Produced by Nerdist Industries, the one-shot video mimics Williams' own style used in his video for "Happy": It features comedians, Aisha Tyler, Margaret Cho, Eric Stonestreet, Kristen Schaal and Jack Black with Weird Al Yankovic dressed in tacky clothes and dancing purposely poorly while lip-sync-hing to the song's lyrics about a person who brags on about his questionable style choices. The video was filmed at Palace Theatre in downtown Los Angeles, previously featured as Julianne Moore's apartment in the 1998 film The Big Lebowski. Yankovic specified that during each of the six continuous takes, he would have to rush down five flights of stairs while changing his outfit in order to appear in the beginning and end of the video.

...One of my fave things about this is that there's a quiet nod to the original music video that has several shots -- so they did this all in one shot. Which means that Al was SCRAMBLING to get to the bottom of the building as they were filming the rest of this STAR STUDDED CAST of comedians. XD. Such a legend.

That is why I love your channel. You are new to this planet and clueless to what everyone else knows.

I do on occasion take a picture of my food. I only send it to one person though: the person who taught me how to cook. We're both foodies and enjoy talking with each other about new restaurants we're trying or recipes we've made. I don't just put it out there on the internet for everyone though. I know no one else cares except us two.

When this song was still fairly new on his tours if you went to see him in concert this would be the opening song and he would actually open with it by there be a video screen on stage and suddenly you'd see him singing in his song and walking along and what it was was he would be somewhere some distance outside away from the venue walking towards the venue and the camera would follow him and he would sing the song until he got to the venue and you would see him walk through the backstage area and then eventually at the same time as you were still seeing him on the camera on the screen you would start to see him walking down through the audience towards the stage. He would wind up completing the song on stage.

I watched a few different of your weird al reaction videos. As you noted in one of these, there is a lot of little details, so one could watch them multiple times and not catch everything. Among those details, there is a lot of celebrities that you can miss if you aren't paying attention or aren't familiar with them. You noticed key and peele in white and nerdy, but Donny Osmond(dancing behind him) and Seth Green(by the action figures) were also in that video for example. So it was cool seeing you react to seeing jack black and realize there were probably other celebrities. This video has Aisha Tyler. Margaret Cho, Eric Stonestreet, Kristen Schaal & Jack Black

That's great you picked up the continuous shot....yes it is and every time he does it live he does it the same way...starting in the dressing room all thru the crowd to start the show...His costume changes on set are in a league of their own

Amazed that he was able to get down to the ground floor, across the theater and out to the stage door entrance, all while changing his outfit - *including* his shoes - in just *TWO* minutes. And he had to do this several times.

Jack Black is a good friend to Al. Al asked him if would like to be in this music video Tacky. Jack was out in New York firming a t.v. show or movie, something like that and told Weird Al he could only do it on a certain day, that he had off from filming. Weird Al said great! They filmed this video on the one day that Jack had off. Jack flew back to California and filmed the Tacky video. He then got back on the plane and flew back to New York! What a great friend! True story!

Besides “White and Nerdy,” I love his “Confessions pt.3,” a cover song by Usher. There’s no video for it but there are a few audio videos of it on KZbin.

Back ages ago, they use to have portraits taken post mortem, families often couldn't afford photographs often so many times children's photo shot after death, or family photos done.
