Year 2030 but the positive thing about it is it's MUCH CHEAPER to buy it now. By that year the price of the condo is 2 to 3 times higher already. Many people buy it as investments. Philippines' has the highest increase in luxury condo prices in the world, beating Dubai. 😊

You’ll be surprised to see that Philippines has beautiful malls and high end restaurants. You don’t even see a lot of those places here in North America. And you should know that Filipinos have very good tastes in a lot of things, including food and fashion. So don’t be afraid when they start making suggestions and recommendations to you. Just be there to explore and discover. Have fun!

Many foreigners make BGC as their home base while traveling Asia and the rest of the world. Foreigners cannot buy land in the Philippines but they can acquire condominiums. Happy and safe travels!😊

We have our own coffee here in the Philippines, you just need to search for it. Businesses here are mainly catering towards the domestic market and Filipinos love foreign brands and products because they are considered "exotic" and objects of prestige, this is unlike other Southeast Asian countries where businesses are mainly catering towards tourists, so you tend to see more local stuff being sold.

BGC was great, and it's a good model of what the rest of the city could be in the future. We didn't have any issues with traffic in the one week we were there, but I know a lot that commute complain about the terrible traffic. Hopefully, they work on better public transportation systems to make it better for locals and that would make an already great city better!! ☺️❤️

Ube is yam, we have white and purple. of course we have our own coffee which grows here in the 🇵🇭. The most popular coffee bean is Barako, others are like Sagada, Benguet blend, Kalinga blend, Civet coffee etc.

US & Filipino WW2 Heroes Cemetery is in BGC, the biggest War Cemetery outside the USA, try to visit it and you're almost close to that area it's a huge place.

You have Clark Air Base, which was once the largest base outside the U.S, Subic Bay Naval Station both approximately 50 miles north of Manila. You also have Corrigador Island where the American and Filipino soldiers made their Final stance before surrendering to the Japanese that led to the capture of more than 60,000 Filipino and American soldiers being captured and later were forcee to March 65 mies in 5 days of the infamous BATAAN DEATH MARCH. Lot of history of the war in the Pacific. Loved it there where I was stationed at Clark Air Base from 1988 unti the base closure in November 26, 1991 due to the eruption of Mt Pinatubo. It was my best assignment in my Air Force career. Philippines will always have a special place in my heart. Enjoy your stay there and stay safe always.

I finished out my 20 years in the ARMY NATIONAL GUARD. Guys, for a unique dining experience, I suggest the Singing cooks and waiters restaurant at Roxas Blvd, a bit across from the Mall of Asia. I believe your kids could also enjoy singing and dancing along with the waiters and cooks, with you parents as well, during the program. I first experienced something similar as a teenager in L.A, when our whole family left for the States at that time.

My favorite is Ube , macapuno ( young coconut) and tropical ice cream and many other flavors from Magnolia Ice Cream or Arce Ice cream, the former Selecta ice cream. There is a Philippine Ube cake , and macapuno cake, and many other flavors .

8:09 Ube is *NOT* sweet potato, Ube is Purple Yam 💜. very distinctive and different from sweet potato, and taro, people keep mistaking them as the same thing, but Ube is very unique and native to southeast asia *only*, especially in the Philippines 😊 Ube comes in ice cream, cakes, breads, and many other dessert variations

15:06 oh and also, if you're talking about the Philippines "own unique" coffee, we have this coffee called "Barako" or kapeng barako, that's the closest thing i can think of when it comes to "coffee that's special to the philippines. Filipinos do indeed drink coffee a lot

Aside from BGC there are other 16 business districts M.Manila like Aseana, Ayala center, Ortigas Center, Alabang Filinvest and 12 more. Try to visit the other business districts .They are also beautiful.

Oh my god what a lovely family you are. Yes BGC is such a great family friendly place even at night. I do wish to retire there someday. There are already a couple of lovely American families and a British family that I also watch that now reside there in BGC and I hope one day that you will meet them and become lifelong friends, just like how the 2 families met and became friends. Their channels are Always Be Changing, MomDuty, and The Juicy Vlog. It would be totally awesome to see a massive collab of all of you one day. I hope you guys have the best ever vacation there. Thank you so much for your support! We really enjoyed staying in BGC and we could see being there longer term. We will be actually coming your way to Australia end of October. What part are you from? We still haven't finalized our plans but we arrive in Sydney, then we want to do Cairns/port Douglas (for reef and rainforest) and maybe one more place in between.

@@WorldFamilyExplorers Oh wow that would be great and you will probably most likely bump into the other American families then. I live in Sydney, the place to be. Everything’s mostly on the east coast. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane. You can visit the Sydney Aquarium and Luna Park and Steve Irwin’s Zoo in the Sunshine Coast. Seasons in Australia is the complete opposite of America, so it’s winter right now and we have summer Christmas here.
