So I am a very new knitter and my mom teaches a lady who knits as well with those needles and they are so great. Glad I get to try out to see what I like so I don’t waste money! When did you start knitting?

Yes! they are great aren't they! I learnt the basics when I was about 10 and knitted a lot of scarves and stuff as a teenager but then got more serious about it around a year ago during quarantine. How about you?

@@mena_makes so i actually started off crocheting a few years ago and so I picked up crocheting when I was in quarantine again, then I realized how the texture of clothing in knitting is way cooler so I started to learn a little. I really want a tank top pattern that is explained well, for a good project, but I ordered some yarn and am ready to do the vest!! But I’ve made lots crocheting!

Still working on the vest. It got hot and I'm like, "And you are knitting a warm vest... why??!!" JK. Actually I always knit in spurts. I'll go great guns and then lose interest, and then eventually go back and finish it up. Since knitting is truly a hobby, I don't like to pressure myself to finish. And I have ripped out a lot of stuff where I thought the color combo would be fantastic only to hate it when I got into it. I still love knitting, and have the vest packed for vacation driving!

haha yes it is getting rather hot for a wool vest! I know how you feel about the colour combo dilemas - I quite often hate something at first but start to like it as I go (or vice versa) I do love that with knitting you can always, always start again without wasting anything though, I really love that (:

Thank you! I actually just use my iphone xr and imovie + canva for graphics and stuff.

thank you! I got them from a Japanese company called zoff. Quite a long time ago now so I don't think they make that model anymore
