I think in terms of production quality this and "Hardwired" are on the same level. The snare drum sound is like lightning strike.

I've noticed on this album that I've seen is at least every song is someone's favorite!... So you know that's a damn good album and no bad songs!!... My favorite as of today is Room Of Mirrors, but it changes daily... Haha... Keep on rockin' and enjoying this Metallica journey!! 🤘🏻🔥

Good point. Almost as if they consciously decided to showcase different eras/styles from their past albums, all on one. For example, my favorite Lux Aeterna sounds like it could've been on Kill 'em All, one of my top 2 favorite albums.

There's definitely no bad songs on this album and seeing you react to all of them alongside Kill Em' All will be interesting to see. Also going forward there are official lyric videos for all the 72 Seasons songs if you prefer them.

Cool that you’re reviewing the first and latest albums simultaneously - I’m sure it provides an interesting perspective. My favorite on the album after a few listens is Inamorata. That could change over time though. 🤘

Imo the last three tracks on the album are the most memorable. Room of Mirrors and Too Far Gone are tracks that will go into my long term Metallica playlist. Still haven't come around to some of the other tracks but it is what it is! Thanks for the reaction.

I love every song on this album and my favorite song on it has changed multiple times since the album has come out. Shadows Follow, Room of Mirrors, Too Far Gone, Inamorata, are my absolute favorites on this album but as I said before and make no mistake about every song on this album is good. To me this album is a masterpiece and in my top 4 Metallica albums.

inamorata hands down is the best song on the album. its epic, its intense, its mellow, its frantic, its just such an emotional rollercoaster of a song and even though its 11 minutes you never feel that runtime it just sprints past you leaving you sitting there with adrenaline coursing through your veins

Great reaction! The songs I would request that u listen to off this album are "too far gone" and "room of mirrors." Also inamorata the last track is a song to be expearianced. It's the longest song they've ever written clocking in at 11:11

Great reaction as always. "Crown of Barbed Wire" has been my favourite from the album since I first listened to the whole thing, BUT the music video is a bit distracting, so I don't think it's the best idea to react to each of the music videos (probably the lyric videos instead?) for the new album, at least for the first listens. 👍🏻

I have always liked Metallica's slower songs more, songs like"The Thing That Should Not Be and"Sad But True"as examples "If Darkness Had a Son" is awesome, perfect slow song. That being said this song "Shadows Follow" is so powerful because it talks about the shadows that we have to deal with in this life. Different shadows for everyone, but shadows nevertheless. I don't feel alone anymore after listening to this powerful song.
