Pink Floyd is Legendary, they are an experience! Their music takes some listeners on a cerebral journey, a of trance like feeling. Deeply feeling the music! Pink Floyd was formed in London in 1964, they have sold hundreds of millions worldwide. Most Rock critics and writers of the genre, agree that Pink Floyd is in the top 3 of greatest Rock bands in history,... the other 2 being The Beatles and Led Zeppelin.

This track is from the legendary album The Dark Side of the Moon This charted for over 18 YEARS! Ideally listened to as Side1 then Side2 because tracks transition directly into each other and themes follow. However, "Money" is a great track, but make absolutely sure it's the AUDIO ONLY ALBUM TRACK not the official video which is a cut down radio version. Or for something unique, from the same album "The Great Gig in the Sky" (guest vocalist Clare Torry) is possibly the deepest dive into the emotions surrounding Death you will ever hear.

My first ex-wife was a bit younger than me, so I introduced her to Pink Floyd. She was born when this first came out in '73. The first time she heard Time she freaked a little bit because she had a "thing" for loud bells. Fortunately, she fell in love with PF almost as much as I. The thing is you don't just listen to Pink Floyd, you experience it. Another great song that they use such sound effects is Money.

Hey Philip... ah yes, a stoners' delight, that is Pink Floyd... brings back lots of memories... thanks, dear friend!! All of PFs' music is deeply entertaining, mind-blowing and emotional... I would suggest either "Comfortably Numb" or "Money" (some considered a 'sibling' of "Time"), or the latest song written as a humanitarian effort for the refugees in Ukraine, release two months after the war started, "Hey Hey, Rise Up"... blessings.

Finally you reacted to my second favorite band Pink Floyd besides Nightwish.But I would like to give you one piece of advice - like Nightwish you also have to see Pink Floyd LIVE, because that's exactly their greatest strength besides brilliant songwriting..Greetings Kelsea
