This rock song survived on US radio for over 4 decades, far longer than T Rex did. Not well known today, unfortunately, Marc Bolan died when he was 30, in 1977, from an auto accident near London. His girlfriend, mother of his child singer Gloria Jones was driving. Marc Bolin's lyrics and music, the genre glam rock from donning glitter on his face with makeup and boas by 1970. Jeepster! Wish I had seen them live. The ladies found him appealing. Known for his outlandish prose and play on words, and he published a poetry book that was highly popular in London. He was known for his Gucci, flamboyant high fashion adding to his stage presence. He inspired David Bowie.

What a cool trip back in time - thanks for sharing. The first concert I`ve ever saw was a T.Rex gig and the opening act was Status Quo. When I was in the crowd I noticed that the hall was almost entirely filled with girls, oh man I was really happy that evening although I was pretty green - too bad ;-)). It's a cool memory though. Best wishes @all from hamburg (germany).

I have great time for this song, glad you gave it a whirl but this is a really poor file, it sounds very weak. the original was very well engineered and sounded brilliant out of a decent jukebox, loud, in a good pub on a Saturday night.

I think there's many many out there who don't have a clue what this stuff is, a few milk it a bit with the acting, but this is one of the best ones doing it and he doesn't pause the songs and chat shit misunderstanding the entire meanings like others do.
