Evie, do you find you have about the same, a or lot less, amount of room to put junk the trunk in Bronco compared to the CRV? My wife loves all the stuff we can cram into the CRV when going to the cottage, but true 4 wheeling capability would nice over the all wheel drive of the CRV
@Eviedish3 жыл бұрын
The biggest difference for me so far is that my Bronco does not have a horizontal trunk divider the way my CR-V does. That said, I have not had an occasion where I have been unable to fit what I need back there.

@@MicahMuzio Have you done much incline driving yet? I’m curious how well the 2.3 does in that regard. My current 2.5 cvt equipped Outback is constantly at or near red line on long inclines and it’s becoming very tiresome.
@MicahMuzio3 жыл бұрын
@@realrigsrattle8829 We live in the mountains, so most of our driving is up or downhill. The 2.3L feels good with enough torque that it doesn’t have to rely on high revs. Plus the 10-speed offers enough ratios to best exploit the engines output. So far we have zero regrets going with the smaller engine.

Question.. why did you choose the Bronco over a 4Runner or a Wrangler?
@ReaganThatcher3 жыл бұрын
I would choose the Bronco as well. I owned a 2016 4Runner but it is a total dinosaur with literally no improvements in close to 2 decades. The wrangler is “basic” and overdone; everyone has one. Bronco is fresh, stylish, capable and exciting. Also he has a whole series of videos where they drove different vehicles trying to decide what to buy; if you watch those along with his prior bronco videos he goes in depth about why they chose it.
@gerardobarrios463 жыл бұрын
@@ReaganThatcher I will. Honestly I’m trying to choose between both. I’m either going to buy a Bronco or a 4Runner. I love the reliability of a 4Runner. And I like the styling and tech on the bronco. Just don’t know if they are reliable. Or if they are as noisy on the highway like the wrangler.

The new bronco looks awesome but how is the wind noise with the soft top and it looks a little saggy on the rear windows.
@MicahMuzio3 жыл бұрын
The soft top is definitely noisier than a hard top would be. But it’s noticeably quieter than the soft top Jeep Gladiator we drove for the past 8 months. And yeah, the saggy rear window is kind of a bummer.
@dcl973 жыл бұрын
The windows sag like that because Ford wanted the back to flip up for easier access to the cargo area, but that also means no tensioning supports to keep the windows from sagging. Id personally prefer if they did it like the Wrangler to keep the windows looking nice, but it's an intentional design choice, not a quality issue.
