There were censorship rules, and Fox broke them all, and audiences loved it. Then came new censorship and adult warning labels on albums. Who would have guessed that Fox would become one of the most conservative news media outlets.

There were also time parameters. I believe after 9pm or 10pm you could do and say more. It was thought that kids were in bed by then. That’s central time so probably more 10 and 11

@@dimitriosgliarmis7622 In Living Color came on at 8pm/7pm central time on Sundays when it first aired. The show was moved to a different night of the week during its run, but I don't remember what day. I think it was Thursday. Also, you have to remember even back then Fox programming went off an hour earlier than the other networks. The time parameter thing doesn't apply to them. You also have to realize Fox was the new kid on the block and they were trying new types of programming and content the other networks wouldn't touch. They did it for viewers to tune in.

The Fox "news" division and the entertainment division are totally separate from one another. They are owned, but not ran by the same people. But it is the same Fox strategy. When the "big three" went right, Fox (the entertainment division) went left. When they started cable "news", when the others went left, they went right. They just went for an audience which wasn't catered to before. Granted, I don't agree with 95% of what Fox "news" does, but you have to admit, it is a brilliant business move.

The brilliance of the satire in these skits ! As a gay man that lived through that era I loved it. I knew several people that would fit these two stereotypes. No, they were not the standard of all gay men. But there is some truth to their portrayals . I was rarely offended and even then, since it was not meant to be offensive but some writer's conception based on gay men he had known.

The show was a Melting Pot of Talent , meaning Wayans Brothers would hie you No Matter what Color You were. I think it's a shame the way some parts of this world has Become . This Show brings back GOOD Memories and alot of People Owe The Wayans Brothers a debt of gratitude for helping them get theirs careers started. Although the term is considered to be a compliment among Drag Queens, it is often considered to be an insult among biological women” - Ask Google

Mick replied by saying, with a sh*t-eatin' grin on his face, "The elusive fish in the pantyhose that no one can seem to find!" Hope this helps - hee hee hee #Crue4Life

New! Very cool soundtrack! On October 1, the premiere of a stunningly beautiful OST video for the song “Baikal” took place on Diana Ankudinova’s KZbin channel. The soundtrack performed by Diana became the main musical theme of the film “The Spirit of Baikal,” which will be released in wide release on October 19, 2023. In the film itself, Diana voiced two roles - the spirit of Lake Baikal and the voice of the soul of the deceased mother of the main character of the film. The film received several top awards at film festivals. Baikal is the deepest, oldest, freshwater lake on Earth (22-23 percent of all fresh surface water), it is a place of power, the spiritual center of shamans, different religions - Shamanism , Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, a pristine place not yet touched by civilization. DIANA ANKUDINOVA | Baikal (OST 'Spirit Of Baikal') Trailer for the movie in the description.
