Exile may be my absolute favorite Swift song. Her voice along with Justin's is so haunting. You can't go wrong with pretty much anything from Folklore or Evermore and Midnights is really good too. The title track Evermore is another Bon Iver (Justin Vernon) duet that is beautiful. As others stated, check out the Long Pond Sessions. They filmed it during the pandemic in upstate New York at that studio owned by Aaron Dessner of The National. He's in it along with her long-time collaborator Jack Antonoff (from the bands fun and bleachers).

I'll never not love watching someone love & appreciate Taylor Swift. I'm excited to watch someone who hasn't listened to her in a long time re-discover her! They sound so god together. I'll check out your playlist, definitely check out the entire Long Pond Studios-folklore album live and the stories behind the songs. So much has happened...her re-recording her albums due to the issues with past label and her original masters. And I would recommend listening to the 10 min version of "All Too Well" live SNL and then a reaction to the short film she directed. I'll check your playlist first and stop rambling lol.

Yes this but watch All Too Well The Short Film. She wrote, directed, and starred in it (at the end). It stars Sadie Sink from Stranger Things and Dylan O’Brien from Maze Runner. It’s a masterpiece

FYI. Folklore and Evermore were done, produced, and released during Covid. Taylor and company are in upstate NY, and Bon Iver was in another state.

From this same long pond sessions definitely My Tears Ricochet and Peace - but there’s little interviews right before all of them on Disney + where she talks about the meaning and inspirations for the songs. And OF COURSE you have to do All Too Well 10 minute version. I would start with the lyric video to give the song a real listen and then do the short film

Those that mention it say the familiarity seems to be in how this is the "sequel" to "The Last Time," kind of like Eminem did with "Bad Guy" on Marshall Mathers LP2 as one to "Stan," although I think Exile blows "The Last Time" out of the water! "Stan" will always be Eminem's masterpiece, but I love "Bad Guy," too, because I get what he's doing about how bad it is to your life to be so driven you can't let the music go as an artist--tipping "Stan" over on its head. Yes, that might seem a strange juxtaposition, but I think it fits.
