Glad you lovely ladies had a great time and are enjoying the Texas experience. I live in southeastern part of Texas near Galveston which is right on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. Maybe one day you can go there and visit and enjoy the beach experience. Have fun girls.

You most definitely need to go to Enchiladas y Mas in Austin. Their Tex-Mex is out of this world. From the beef enchiladas to the fajitas, everything is excellent.

So nice to hear you appreciate Tex-Mex. For years it was considered a bastardization in the "cuisine" world being neither authentically Mexican or American. But, it's really worthy of respect. Thinking about getting a camera and will look at your recommendation for G7X Mark 2. Can I ask, about how much footage do you begin with to a finished product of 10 minutes?

We don’t really count the clips, just film whatever interests us and then piece it all together. On average, it takes around 5-7 hrs to edit one video
