Josh Schulz The beat boxer, Adam Rupp (back row, left), does almost all of the percussions, drums, harmonica, snares, all of them. The rest of the group also do some beat boxing, but most of it is Adam.

You have a good ear. Most people have trouble believing that these guys are pure acappella, _you_ immediately noticed that the percussion is from their voices. Good catch, you are absolutely correct. A small warning. You'll be getting a lot of requests for their cover of 'Mayday' by CAM. While that is a _great_ song, one of their best even. You shouldn't do that one until you know them a little better. They have a surprise in the beginning that you won't notice unless you know a bit about what each member does. As for suggestions for Home Free reactions, I'm going to have to suggest their covers of 'Die A Happy Man', 'Think A Little Less' and OH, they did 'Children Go Where I Send Thee' *with* Kenny Rogers.

"Ring of Fire" w/ Avi Kaplan and "Man of Constant Sorrow" are great follow ups to this song. I like these guys they are excellent! I especially like the bass singer, his voice shines through every part of this song.

Welcome to Home Free, my favorite acappella group. With these fellows you have 4 really talented lead singers (they switch off to whom ever sounds good on the lead to them) and one heck of a good beat boxer. My favorite song is the one I'm listening to at the moment. LOL But some really good suggestions for someone new to the group are Everybody Walkin' This Land, Catch Me if You Can, Man of Constant Sorrow, Can't Stop the Feeling, Do You Hear What I Hear, and The Butts Remix. They have some really cute quarantine videos starting with Quarantine. You have to put Meet in the middle and Sunday Best on a "watch list". They just have that happy vibe that makes you smile! IMO, nothing will ever replace the original magic from hearing Boyz 11 Men sing this masterpiece, & I am so happy that Home Free, was able to keep the original integrity of the song, yet still inject a little of their own magic, allowing us, to fall in love with it, all over again 💕 *I don't believe any other group, other than Home Free, could have pulled this off, & the fact that they are a Capella, definitely puts them on a completely different level of skill & talent* 💕

Home Free is an acapella group. That means that they sing using only their voices, no instruments or drums. That clicking sound you hear is created by 1 member of the group called a beat boxer. He makes all the clicks and drum sounds with only his body and mouth.

They are a very happy group. They seem to have that effect on many of us. If I'm having a bad day, listening to them helps lighten my mood. Their rendition of "How great thou art" is very good, their collaboration song "Children go where I send you" is wonderful. The "Country Medley", "Butts Remix" or "Hillbilly Bone" are all fast moving and include their wives and girlfriends.

kennedy omosefe appreciate your honest opinion of this song, Boys to Men did this song originally, and it was popular. But if it wasn't for Home Free and their version of this song, I wouldn't have ever heard their version. I think Home Free's version is more colorful and light when compared to BTM. The beat boxing and harmonies are outstanding in the HF version, which made this song more enjoyable to listen to, IMHO. ✌️😎

We all love "mayday" by Home Free but, please, watch it later. you will enjoy it a LOT more if you've listened to other songs first... i promise !!! If you want to listen some fun songs go with try hillbilly bone, honey I'm good, house party, or the butts remix. For a more gospel vibe go with how great thou art, helplessly hoping shows off their amazing voices and Woman, Amen is one of my personal favs....
