There's actually 3 different endings to this movie and this was the Theatrical Ending. The Alternate Ending had similar events to the Theatrical one except she didn't throw Micah she just walked back upstairs with a knife and went back to bed after closing the bedroom door. The Original Ending was similar to Alternate Ending except Katie just sat on the side of the bed just rocking back and forth for weeks, she misses several phone calls from her sister until she arrives later to check on her and sees Micah dead in the kitchen and immediately leaves the house. She then calls the police and they arrive to search the house and end up finding Katie still rocking back and forth on the side of the bed.

I was like 18,19 when this came out and for some wild ass reason I was under the impression that this was real footage, like I legitimately remember the marketing being put out as it’s real. Went to the theater with my boyfriend on our trip to Florida, and remember literally wanting to climb over him and whoever else to get the fuck out of that theater lmao I was TERRIFIED

Really loving your channel and the film selections. The first installment was on the cheap and filmed in the director's own home. The first three in this series are all watchable and follow the same characters. The second installment following the main character's sister is the best of the three, woven pretty brilliantly with events of the first.

I remember seeing this, and Blair Witch, when they came out, but personally, both never really did too much for me. Too much hype in both cases, and I feel that once you've seen them, there isn't really a need to watch 'em again. I'm not trying to knock them. If you enjoyed them, then great, they've achieved what they set out to do, and one can't ask for more. But for me personally... nah. Give me a good ol' J-horror flick any time. Cool review though guys. Keep 'em coming!!
