I do love Stiles too! But upon rewatching the show now that I’m older, I realize people sleep on Scott so much. After season one he really starts to come into his own and is such a great leader and wonderful man! So I definitely think it was the dynamic of both Scott and Stiles that carried the show.

I'm a grown ass adult and when this aired, i was a grown ass adult.. This was still my favourite show. I love the world building in it and the mythology. I love the subversion of the tropes that were present in the original movie, like Lydia, the hot popular girl being a literal genius. Styles goes from a jerk of a used car salesman type of character in the movie, to this ball of awesome in the show. Even the not so great last season, was still great.

I hope you get to season 3 and don't drop out before that bc season 3 is the BEST one and the last three are just one tiny little step behind it, season 1 and 2 are my least fav. I am 25 years old, I've watched dozens of other series and this is still my favorite one, for the characters development as much as for the plot it has and the mythology. And yes, Stiles will keep being the MVP throughout the entire show. ENJOY and keep up the good work. Also, you're hot but this is just a thought.

He’s in for a frickin treat- this is one of my favorite damn shows and it never gets old. Best part? Each season is better than the last. This show surprised the hell of me, I wasn’t expecting anything but it turned out to be so good especially the first 3 seasons the scenario was crazy good and you never know what’s about to happen i legit thought at first this was another CW looking kinda show, like really in the feels and kinda cringe at some times but it wasn’t ( well it is sometimes but it’s still a teen show lol BUT it’s a bit darker and the sarcasm is so on point. The last seasons were a bit « less » good but still good tho ! This show definitely worth the watch.

It’s very CW so it’ll be similar to other shows you’ve seen I guess like the vampire diaries cause I think they’re CW too, but I’ll say teen wolf is at least imo one of the better ones mostly cause Stiles is such a different and interesting character. Like you said u can kinda substitute each character for who they would’ve been in a diff show like the vampire diaries, usually they’re so similar but Dylan (the actor) makes stiles so unique and interesting, it’s why I think it’s season 3 where there’s some conflict targeting him is a fan faveourite because exploring stiles is so interesting.

@@Ana-rf5cu the reason tvd didn’t introduce so many different species was probably because of the lack of storyline between them. We got a storyline with vampires, werewolves, hybrids, witches, heretics, tribrids now, but including many others like how teen wolf did would result in not knowing much about them. Like Lydia for example, we didn’t TRULY see her use her banshee powers until the end of season 2 and beginning season 3A, and she didn’t get to use her powers for action until season 5. A lot of other creatures just kind of were introduced but we didn’t know a whole lot about them. With TVD, every creature got an entire story, and made them truly feel part of the show. Not just extras, but a part of a community where many creatures live. But that’s thanks to the many seasons and multiple spin offs so 😂 I love both though! I find more humor and action in teen wolf, but a bit more history and anticipation in TVD.

i hope you keep watching bc it gets so much better. the actors are incredible especially dylan. season 3b is my absolute favorite, and one of my favorite seasons of ANY show.
