What are you talking about? She's never had surgery if you google her childhood photos she looks exactly the same and on top of that when her mom was young she looked just like gemma. Actually she shared her mom and younger sister's pictures, her mom is still very beautiful to this day and her sister is also beautiful and looks very similar to her.
