Starter kit challenge?? Buy the basics rod, reel, line, terminal tackel, and tackel box under $50
@felipecamargo7890 Жыл бұрын
Wow just seeing this out of the box kzbin.infoUgkxQr1yd4Zc6qJF-scTB6Zb9dQbVpviuRxB recommend I have yet to fish with this set up, but based on the first hands on appeal, I can tell this is going to change the way i pack and carry to a whole new level. If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.

most people already have a rod so you should do a $25 challenge where you have to buy baits and tackle to catch bass, bluegill and cats but youdont need to buy a rod reel and line

It's nice to see these too for those who have never fished.;

Dwayne Sudduth true but. I'm sure 95% of the people watching these videos have a rod and reel. So I would be fun the see the challenge I mentioned

For me I love watching these cause it's like he is testing those rods. I have some rod and reels but it never hurts to get more. I am a beginner with this so it's cool go see what rod he is picking how it works. And just to know you can buy some of those things for a decent price. This is a great tool for anyone

Down in South Florida we use those big spoons to troll or cast for big mackerel like Spanish, Ceros, and Kings. Those can also catch barracudas. The spoons are used for the fish I told you because those fish like to go after anything that is shiny and a spoon is very shiny when you work it in the water.

you could use the large spoons in really deep sections of lake, like 100 feet or deeper. could get some monster flatheads or some muskies. I actually bought a spoon like that recently and I cant WAIT to use it!

@WickedDealer6 жыл бұрын
I've been to my local Ollie's a few times now, only thing I've found them for good finds in them were a few $20 combos and a couple packs of soft plastics. It really depends on the location what they have for a fishing selection. The one near Bass All Year is the best I've seen with a ton of inventory, mine here in Ohio is iffy at best with a ton of theft of soft plastics from bags.

Oh, being a small state and all, you should announce a group fish together close by to promote the channel. It’s just an idea, but would certainly help promote/strengthen your channel base.

You literally were 5 minutes away from my house. Welcome to Dover!!! If you would like to collaborate (Fishing With Thunda Dan) that would be awesome. The body of water you were fishing on below the damn is part of the St. Jones River. It is tidal. Be care fishing next to the fish ladder. Fish & Wildlife are active in the that park and you don't want to be fined. The crab you saw was a freshwater crab. You will find a variety of fish in that part below the damn too....species: Bass, White Perch, Carp, Catfish, Sunnies and yes even Striper!! The lake above which is Silver Lake yields 10 -20lb carp and catfish and some nice 7lb bass have been pulled out of this Lake. I would not however eat any of the fish. There are plenty of signs warning you of that danger. If you need any ideas on places to fish hit me up. I've lived down here for 15yrs. Keep up the great work!!!! Dan

@ldsudduthhanover6 жыл бұрын
Looking at the map of Dover, I think you were actually fishing the Saint Jones River, which ultimately empties into the Delaware Bay. That would explain seeing the blue crab, as it's only about 10 miles as the proverbial crow files downriver from the park you were at. If it was where I think you were, you may need a permit from Parks and Recreation department in Dover. Check with them to be sure,
